I ordered at 5:30pm, was told the delivery would come by 6:30pm, and it arrived after 7:00pm. If it had arrived on time, I would have given a higher score for both delivery and service.
This order was placed on a Sunday. Delivery times are generally a little longer on a Sunday due to the large number of orders.

The delivery guy is really nice and friendly (short guy with glasses). I tried to offer him a tip which he didn't want to take at first, but did after I insisted!
