I ordered the beef stew more than 20 times now and it has always been ok but yesterday the carrots were totally uncooked and the meat was hard like iron! Basically i only had the juice left to eat so it was quite disappointing!

The delivery was 20 mins later than the time given in confirmation. The chicken tested awful and there was no meat at all, only bones and skin. We order from this restaurant almost every day. At the beginning the quality and service were excellent but with every new order the taste gets worse and worse and the delivery arrives later and later.

Food came fast, they didn't listen to my comments (extra hot sauce), but aside from that the food quality was very poor. Bokchooy and mushrooms tasted like feet and the seafood rolls looked nothing like the photo and had hard things inside. I won't order again from here.

minh gọi thức ăn mặn thì hiển nhiên phải có cơm trắng chứ, khi đến giao lại tính cơm trắng 9.000đ, nếu vậy phải nói trước với khách chứ ai lại đăt khách vào thế đã rồi.

Quan Bui is by far the best restaurant on Vietnammm.com. The staff are so friendly and professional; the food is consistently delicious; it is really good value for money and I would recommend it to anyone!

Delivery came faster than was quote, though the sauce and the drink had spilled some. Overall very tasty though. The website loaded rather slowly, though but the selection was very good.

This restaurant provides good tasting food howeve,r the service you receive from them is terrible once the food was 2 hours late and many times the food has been wrong and recently when the food arrived a delivery charge not mentioned on the website was added.

Wrong Menu was delivered It costed 121000, I just had 120000. I couldn'd let me keep the 1000 but asked for another 10000 and then just gave me back 5000. So I, the costumer paid 4000 too much. I ordered big size but I'm not sure if there is really a difference between big and normal, except the 20000 price difference.

Delivery was a bit expensive considering how close it is to my house, and the owner told me previously it would be free as it's so close. They also didn't have something I ordered. The food however was excellent, would definitely order from there again.
