The order they delivered was mostly correct - except instead of a seaweed soup, they included a beef dish (it was delicious!), just not what we ordered. I tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but there was no answer. Other than that, everything was pretty tasty:)

The food arrived faster than I think. The delivery guy didn't prepare the change for my 500 bill. He was kind to exchange the bills for me by leaving his empty wallet with me before disappearing about 3 mins and came back with the bills. The food comes with good amount.

Regular customer of quan bui... Was disappointed by the hair that I found in my fried beef. Morever, my other soup was not in the bowl anymore but 50% in the bag. Vietnamese food does not take long to prepare, and I can travel from my apartment to the restaurant in under 30 minutes. Furthermore, when we call the restaurant asking where the delivery is, we expect a return phone call within 5 minutes. Last night she did not call us back, even though we told her to.

I ordered the shrimp with garlic and cashews and the fried rice with shredded chicken. The food was tasty, the portions were large and the food was delivered warm and quickly. I had asked for all of the shrimp to be peeled. In the event, the shrimp were not peeled and were very small. Therein lies the difference between an average and an excellent meal.

Unfortunately yesterday I ordered FISH in a passionfruit sauce for my father. When it arrived and he began eating it, the food was in fact CHICKEN. As my father does not eat meat this obviously was quite a problem for him. Please could you report this to the restaurant. Thank you

Average food. I ordered a tuna sandwich and they didn't toast the bread so it arrived wet and soggy. The fries were really soft too. The delivery guy couldn't find my place, though I gave a clear description of the location and the building is clearly marked with the address. Won't be ordering from here anymore

Why am I wasting my time noting what money I will pay with if they are not going to bring the appropriate change. I rated the delivery and service very poor because the sauce from the satay chicken I ordered had leaked all over the bag and the delivery driver didn't seem to care when I showed this to him. I think this is both the fault of the driver and Quan Bui for not using leak-proof containers.

The delivery was 20 mins later than the time given in confirmation. The chicken tested awful and there was no meat at all, only bones and skin. We order from this restaurant almost every day. At the beginning the quality and service were excellent but with every new order the taste gets worse and worse and the delivery arrives later and later.

Food came fast, they didn't listen to my comments (extra hot sauce), but aside from that the food quality was very poor. Bokchooy and mushrooms tasted like feet and the seafood rolls looked nothing like the photo and had hard things inside. I won't order again from here.

Wrong Menu was delivered It costed 121000, I just had 120000. I couldn'd let me keep the 1000 but asked for another 10000 and then just gave me back 5000. So I, the costumer paid 4000 too much. I ordered big size but I'm not sure if there is really a difference between big and normal, except the 20000 price difference.

Delivery was a bit expensive considering how close it is to my house, and the owner told me previously it would be free as it's so close. They also didn't have something I ordered. The food however was excellent, would definitely order from there again.
