While I understand it is difficult. Finding a way to keep the food as hot as possible would be appreciated. The food was still very nice. Packaging appropriate for the food.

The order should have been delivered at 19:10. At 19:20 i called Vietnamm and spoke to Nuong. She called Mumtaz and told me that the food would arrive in 15 minutes. At 20:00 It still had not arrived. I called Nuong again and she called the restaurant. A man from Mumtaz called me and said the food was on its way and should be at my apartment in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later it still had not arrrive

All the food was delicious. Delivery took a long time. I think this depends on what is ordered. Mumtaz should set expectations accordingly if the food will take a long time to prepare. I will definitely order again because of the food quality.

I've ordered aloo gobi mattar on multiple occasions and usually it tastes delicious. However, on this occasion the curry lacked it's normal spices and tasted nothing like aloo gobi mattar. Plus, the potatoes were undercooked. I didn't finish it.

The food was delivered on time but except the nan and ice everything else was very much below standard. The panned curry had a bitter taste, the dal had a burnt tandoori smell, the vegetable curry was very ordinary taste. Overall the tast was sobbed tha we had to throw the food. This is only feedback to improve and. Hope the owner takes it in the right spirit.

The food was very low standard- ied with some yel,the small red onions in the bag were rotten! the pillau rice was steamed rice fried with some yellow rice and peas- the curry made me sick last night. I will not order from this restaurant again. Vietnammm service is very efficient and professional:)

Unfortunately the deliverer couldn't find my apartment. I think it is a little too far away from the restaurant in district 7. The food is always good but it was cold and very late by the time i recieved it. I will always go back to this restaurant but perhaps not for delivery. Thanks

I am a frequent customer of Mumtaz, and I probably order nearly once a week. I was really disturbed this time when I paid the driver and he indicated that someone had added a 20,000vnd service charge to my bill. When I refused to pay, he called in an the fee was waived. Was this a simple mistake, is a delivery fee being implemented, or was it a feeble attempt to scam your customers?

it took an hour to get the food. I called the restaurant and they said it was off to me and the food had been cooked in 10 minutes. When I finally got the food the delivery guy said not one word. The food was cold. VERY BAD experience

As it is written on the website, I find this indefensible. The food was cold when it arrived. The driver left without giving me any change back. You should also advertise that you now charge for delivery service. Both of those situations were poor business in my opinion. I love eating from your place, but if that happens again I think I'll start going elsewhere.

Even after giving directions, driver is reluctant to enter my building for some reason, so I always have to go down and find him (this is the third time). My order was also confused, and by the time I got it, it was luke warm. The food was still great, but I don't know if I'll use delivery service anymore - it's been 3/3 negative experiences for me.

Delivery was about 20 minutes late. Food wasn't so good - tandoori chicken was undercooked and curry/vegetable dishes were too sweet. Won't be ordering from here again.

Food was over an hour late, when we called the restaurant staff were very rude. They don't have proper bikes to deliver the food, it's just a guy carrying it in a plastic bag on a bike so it's bound to be cold when it arrives whether late or not. Very disappointed with the taste of the food too, really poor quality. Will not be ordering from mumtaz again.

We took a break from Mumtaz because last 3 orders delivered wrong items or took forever. Very pleased with delivery (to D3) this time: got everything we ordered, arrived close to time they said they would deliver and everything was delicious and seemed very fresh. I think we're fans again!

The portions are very small regarding to the price. With the delivery fee, it's too much expensive for a very small portion of chicken with no rice. We were very disappointed.

Chicken jalfarasi: great spices, a little dry Veggie samosas: filling great, crust soggy Prawns w/green peas: fantastic! nice medium curry, the best of the night We also ordered the Vegetable Manchurain but got a random fish curry instead. Still good though, just unexpected.

The delivery arrived an hour after the quoted time. Mumtaz should probably rethink delivering to district 2 because the food was not warm when we received it. Initially we were told to send the food back but were then told we could keep it free of charge (however this was not conveyed to the delivery driver). While this was a nice gesture, it is unlikely that we would order from them again.

It took 2 hours for the food to be delivered. After 1 hour I called Mumtaz; the man told me that the delivery man has left. When I called back 1h45 later, the person on the phone told me that the delivery man was actually still in the restaurant because of the rain and that he was about to leave. When I complained about this the person hung up on me! In the end the food was cold and wet. Terrible.

excellent food and service - food arrived in 25 mins however we ordered 2 of the same curries and only got one however 1 curry turned out to be enough! get service and the delivery man was lovely!! Thank u

For larger orders, Mumtaz needs to make sure their drivers have change! We had to scramble around to find exact change because the restaurant doesn't adequately provide their drivers with change.

My delivery came an hour and a half after I ordered, and the man delivering the food did not have enough change for my bill, (so he got a bigger tip than was deserved). As a result of the food being late, none of the food was hot and the roti and samosas were getting soggy. Mumtaz is usually excellent, so this was odd.

I had a nice Kadai which was delivered promptly. I also want to thank Mumtaz for generously delivering some free food after I was fully happy with their service. It;s nice to see that they care about customer relations and it was appreciated.

Would love some other Indian restaurant choices. Wasn't impressed with Mumtaz. Only one bread choice, rice was bland, butter chicken had to be mixed by me post-delivery by adding separate provided sauces.

Someone at Mumtaz said they were too busy. I was very unhappy with the service and the delayed, cold meal. But especially with the attitude of the Mumtaz management.

I really should order curry because it's the only type of Indian cousin that I can eat. I wanted to try other indian food and realized it was not my taste. However, I still could finish the whole meal and quite enjoyed the food till the end.
