The delivery took much longer than promised, meaning we had to call Vietnamm to ask where our food might be, (excellent service there, thanks). The fish was also half the size of that previously ordered.

We ordered sea bass, which was brilliant, and fried crab spring rolls, which were terrible. They felt like they were cooked in very old oil and whatever was inside was definitely not crab but some kind of mixture that tasted horrible

We placed an order before 1pm and didn't get our food for over an hour and a half. We had to go back to work and weren't able to eat lunch for hours. I'm sure the food was a bit better when it arrived but it was soggy wet by the time we were able to eat it. This is the second time our delivery has been so late.

The fish was absolutely delicious, I would definitely order it again. I would have liked more french fries and I think you should offer 'large' portions of french fries for a little extra money. Thanks

I ordered an Avocado, Mushroom, and Cheese Veggie burger. There were no avocados. It would be great if the customer were notified of something like this, so I could change my order accordingly if they were out of avocado.

It took more than 1 hour for the food to arrive despite the 30min indicated on the website. And it was charged 30 000 VND for the delivery; crazy expensive! The bags were full of sauce which had spilled over from the boxes. It was a mess. First time and last time at Chi's Café. The rice was cold and the taste of the overall was just average.

I ordered the chili and cheese toast. I did not realize that some and cheese was put between two pieces of toast and toasted. Yes, I noticed the "toastie" description in the heading but since this item did not say "toastie" I expected a bowl of chili and cheese melted on toast. Yum! So I was surprised by the "toastie" type sandwhich. It was good and I will order from them again.
