Delivered 10 minutes late and when it arrived they had forgotten the rice that comes with the curry. When I called to tell them they asked if I would take a refund off my next order as it was 'too far' for them to travel to bring a portion of rice (I live in district 1!!) I said no so they begrudgingly agreed to send it in '15 minutes'. It arrived 30mins later and was a tiny portion.

The baked potatoes they did deliver were quite tasty if a little onthe greasy side, however the confused the order. We ordered two jacket potatoes with cheese and beans and two plain jacket potatoes with extra toppings. The extra toppings we ordered arrived ont the potatoes rather than seperate and we didn't get any beans at all.

The delivery man couldn't find my house, and Chi's cafe already delivered me 3 times! so He was late and the salad was hot! Moreover I said in the comments of my order: "No caper please" and of course I got caper!!! So won't order from them anymore.

We ordered sea bass, which was brilliant, and fried crab spring rolls, which were terrible. They felt like they were cooked in very old oil and whatever was inside was definitely not crab but some kind of mixture that tasted horrible

We placed an order before 1pm and didn't get our food for over an hour and a half. We had to go back to work and weren't able to eat lunch for hours. I'm sure the food was a bit better when it arrived but it was soggy wet by the time we were able to eat it. This is the second time our delivery has been so late.

It took more than 1 hour for the food to arrive despite the 30min indicated on the website. And it was charged 30 000 VND for the delivery; crazy expensive! The bags were full of sauce which had spilled over from the boxes. It was a mess. First time and last time at Chi's Café. The rice was cold and the taste of the overall was just average.

I ordered the chili and cheese toast. I did not realize that some and cheese was put between two pieces of toast and toasted. Yes, I noticed the "toastie" description in the heading but since this item did not say "toastie" I expected a bowl of chili and cheese melted on toast. Yum! So I was surprised by the "toastie" type sandwhich. It was good and I will order from them again.
