Terrible food, one meal could not be eaten. Arrived luke warm with extremely small portions- coming from someone who doesn't each large portions I think this says a lot. Was extremely underwhelmed.

the food was good, but much more expensive than other Thai places in Hanoi and the portions were quite small. If the portions were larger it would be a 4 star meal. Order a lot of food if you plan to be full. Also, not spicy enough for my tastes.

I've ordered a few times now and each time I ask for no chilli/spices in the order. Each time they don't listen and put it in the corner which then mixes with the food. They used to be very good with this and not put spices in, I won't order again now.

I'm only giving them a poor rating on taste because of the inconsistency of the food. The first time we ordered it was pretty good, but the second time we ordered exactly the same dish and received something totally different. The first time it was veggie

The restaurant called me after the order was confirmed by Vietnammm to say that they did not have one of the dishes.
The Laab has no chilli in it at all, which was rather odd. This is kind of fake Thai food made for western or Vietnamese palates.
This order was placed on a Sunday. Delivery times are generally a little longer on a Sunday due to the large number of orders.

No rice comes with the meals, so perhaps the restaurant could provide an option to order it.
