ordered 7:13pm|delivered 7:49pm-consequence was uncooked wings..i'd prefer 15 more minutes if the wings were cooked through..gooey chicken skin & uncooked meat can't be dressed up even with the great sauce and blue cheese...cheeseburger was DELICIOUS

Had awful service from the Q7 store (twice) so I tried the Q1 store. Burger and fries 90 minutes. Fries were way overcooked, hard and dark brown. Management there is not interested in customer retention. I'm done with this place. Adios...

Delivery took an hour and 13 minutes, and the salad that was supposed to come with the sandwich promo was not included in my order, only the toppings for the burger. Food was decent, but cheaper bread and buns seemed to be used compared to last year.

15 Burgers all great, except looks like things have changed. Over cooked, dry not moist and delicious like before. Smoothies not cold, no ice left. Fries were also over cooked dry and no potatoe left, just chard. Looks like things have sadly changed.

For the most part the burgers and chicken sandwiches are really good. French fries are a hit or miss... Sometimes they are good, most of the time they are crunchy over fried or too soggy.

great burgers, chicken tenders are a nice addition to the menu BUT it would be nice if the blue cheese sauce was included (nothing in the bag but ketchup/staff said on the phone blue cheese would be)...maybe next time

Delivery time took almost an hour. Chicken portion was massive and fries were warm when delivered. (in a good way) The price is a little high and when I pick a chicken bacon cheese burger I expect the cheese to not cost extra, but it did cost extra.

The burger options say "extra chips" which suggests that the burger comes with chips and you can buy more if you want. Not the case. The burger doesn't come with chips and the menu is confusing.
