One item from the order could not be delivered - got a call from the place, confirmed that I do not want to take anything instead. Afterwards vienammm called me 2 more times with the same subject - very annoying.

Usually awesome burgers but last night it was raw on the inside. good thing i cut it in half. Atleast the triple cooked fries were good. Worst order ever.

Took over two hours to arrive. All was good though because when it arrived it was freezing cold and I particularly like greasy cold chips and egg. Third time this has happened to me. Won't be ordering again. Thanks.

Ordered previously & was nice but this time the onion strings had been replaced by soggy, greasy onion slime, & the chips tasted like they'd not been cooked once let alone 3 times. No confirmation from restaurant. Burger OK but soggy. Standards slipped.

Despite being regular customers, our food arrived 2 hours late and stone cold yesterday and we were only offered 10% discount for the inconvenience. Very unhappy with quality and service and won't be ordering from them again.

The delivery driver struggled through pouring rain. The burger and fries were lukewarm, but tasted very good. I will not order online from this place again, but I will definitely visit the restaurant sometime!

Delivery took 2 hours to arrive. We called to chase the order and were told there would be no delivery as it was too late. We ordered from another place, only to have Con Co Map turn up with our delivery, which was cold. We had to refuse it.

food is delicious. delivery guy didn't bring change though - even though I put that i was paying a larger bill on my order. that is pretty ridiculous as it makes it so there is no back-up option on how to pay. very disappointed.
