Deku is a farm to table salad shop. We work directly with farmers in Da Lat who grow their vegetables very carefully.
We visit farms to find high quality organic vegetables. When that isn’t possible, we choose suppliers who use the minimum level of pesticides.
We created Deku to solve a problem: its difficult to find safe and fresh vegetables in Vietnam. And that’s not good for us salad lovers!
We want to enjoy food without worrying about the quality of what we’re eating. So we work with the professors of Agriculture and Forests at Da Lat University to inspect vegetables and find high quality farms. They screen our vegetables and ensure they’re safe and clean.
We’re people who love vegetables, and we work hard to provide safe, creative, and delicious salads for our customers everyday!
