Sancho's is happy to team up with Vietnammm.com in getting our food from our local kitchen located in District 1 to your home or hotel room. We will not be including any plastic cutlery or napkins unless you ask for it in the notes section. Many people do not need it since they have these items at home and in some cases their hotels. So please let us know if you require these items in your order. If there is something ever wrong with your order, please contact us right away so we can try to remedy this for your rather then wait to leave this in the reviews section. Mistakes happen along the way especially in a delivery situation where we need to rely in most cases on 3rd parties to help us deliver our food to your location. A lot of these issues can and will be resolved with a simple phone call, text, or Facebook messenger at the time of delivery. We actually care about our customers and want to do everything in our power to improve your experience today, tomorrow, and in the near future. So give us a chance to do that in real time rather then let us read about an anonymous negative review that we have little power to try fix or figure out who was involved and what happened exactly. This challenges us to find a way to resolve these issue if we don't know who, what, when, and where.
