They put a heavy package on a lighter package smashing the bottom package making about half of the food fall out into the bag. I got half an order instead of a full order as there was no way I would scrape noodles that were in the bottom of a bag covering napkins and other things. Not sure if I will EVER use them again

I never leave reviews but your delivery guy yesterday was awesome. He arrived early so I explained I had to go and get cash. It started to rain so he followed me on his bike and gave me a lift back home! So nice :)

I live in Thu Duc on the riverside across from Binh Thanh next to binh trieu bridge in HCMC. I think it is outrageous that restaurants will deliver to further in binh thanh than my house is but because my district is thu duc they will not deliver. You should be able to pick the ward in Thu Duc. there are many apartment complexes in this ward hiep binh chanh. Please fix this.

First of all what I got was nowhere near what was advertised on the site. Next the taste was... let's just say I haven't eaten anything so disgusting in months. Never ever going to order from them again. On the bright side the delivery was almost instantaneous.

I ordered the fried shrimp and fried wontons like I have many times and they were both way over cooked, nearly burnt, dry and with very little taste. I am very disappointed to think that those are OK to serve.

When I ordered food, the delivery estimate time was in one hour. However, as if one hour wasn't long enough, the food got here an extra 30 min late. I tried calling to the restaurant several times to check what was going on and no one picked up. I'd only wait this long for amazing food, which is not the case. Def not worth the wait or the bad customer service.

Although everything was there, we were a little disappointed with the fact it was all mixed up (two combo meals). My gf is gluten intolerant and the meal we thought was for her ended up being the wrong one. She was very sick. Other then that it is great value for money and the food is tasty!

This place has given us the most decent and tasty Chinese delivery here in Saigon so far. We usually order the set meals for 2. The fried rice is very tasty and the portion was good enough for 2 people who are not so crazy about rice. For the entree, we find the Sweet and Sour Pork the best, albeit sometimes it can be too sour or tangy--but still good!

It's good to see WoknRoll maintain a reasonable portion-to-cost ratio. Most restaurants catering to foreigners (mythically ultra rich westerners) are charging too much and/or giving shamefully small portions, and they don't understand that we'll just stop ordering from them. They wisely poked holes in the styrofoam containers so the fried foods wouldn't get soggy. Crab rangoon was quite good; fried shrimp okay; pork dumplings above average; spring rolls enormous. 5 'duck sauces' (sweet/sour) were included. I would have preferred a variety of sauces.

The fried shrimp starter is really nice. I've ordered here many times and sadly whatever the dish the chicken is always of poor quality and the egg rolls have some nasty yellow stuff in them. It's a shame they can't do many dishes without MSG. The delivery is super quick, and with some more attention to quality WnR could reach the next level.

The worst was when you bite into some of the "chicken" looking bits and you're actually just biting in to just batter. Only complaint I have is that there is more batter than chicken in General Tso's Chicken and Orange Chicken. The "chicken" pieces looked deceptively huge but when you take a bite, you'll realise there's not much meat in there. The same with my last complaint, the beef dishes I ordered had more vegetables than beef.

I had ordered the set for 2 persons and I must say the portion is quite big especially the fried rice. But the taste is not comparable with some of the Chinese food I had tried. The pork used in the sweet and sour dish was not tender enough. Mushroom prawns was the best among all though a bit salty. Don't expect too much from the fried rice dish too. Overall, quite ok but not my first choice def

The last few times I have placed an order, I have selected the delivery time to be later. However, each time, when I receive the email and text message indicating delivery time, it says it will come immediately. I then must call your hotline and request the delivery time to be changed back to the later time. This is quite inconvenient. Please look at this function on your website.

Food arrived hot, we ordered 5 dishes and they all came with their own box of rice - bit overkill since we didn't really want rice at all (perhaps this should be optional). The beef dishes needed more beef, the veg to beef ratio was a bit poor - had to fish around for a piece of beef. Taste was good.

Food was still hot, delivery was quick even if quite far. Food was good (rice a bit dry though), appetizers were delicious. Packaging good, no food fell off the boxes. Portions were more than enough. Would recommend! definitely worth it!

I indicated a certain delivery time but it was not communicated to the restaurant. I had to make a phone call to inform the restaurant. The person at the restaurant speaks very good English and was very polite to thank me for calling to inform them about the delivery time. Overall, it was a great website and gd restaurant. Was feenin for some panda express and wokNroll definitely hit the spot. For the price, portions were not bad. Could have used more meat in the dishes but definitely better than other chinese american restaurants here.The only problem we had was the food spilling everywhere during delivery and arrived real messy. I was really excited to try Wok n Roll. As an American and I love American Chinese food, but I was pretty disappointed. The chow mien noodles seemed underdone, we ordered broccoli shrimp and it tasted OK, but the box came only half full. The rangoon and wontons had very little filling. I'll give them another try, I hope not to be disappointed next time...

Delivery was 15mins earlier, which was great cause we were starving. We ordered fried rice and chow mein, and I would suggest adding a spoon to the cutlery as my friend had quite some problems eating the dry rice with chopstick (rice keeps falling off). Taste was excellent.

The delivery was on time, and the driver had change (big plus!). I've been craving good Chinese-American food for a while, and SO glad this finally came to Phu My Hung! The only strange thing was that the ChoW Mein was made with spaghetti noodles. It still tasted good, but I think I'll try the fried rice next time instead. The food was still hot, and not soggy. Portions were good size!

Delivery man spoke no English and didn't know which was mine, so we had to open up the bags to find out! Lucky enough it was right first time! Maybe write the name/order number on the carrier? Good food though and very good value! Will def order again!

I was excited to have some good bad Chinese food--something that's lacking in expat-focused restaurants in Asia in general--but I was disappointed. It may have just been the delivery, but when the chicken showed up the breading was falling off. Might give them another shot, might not.
