This place is a joke. The food took 2 hours to arrive and it was cold when it did. The only reason I have given a 2 (and not 1) for taste is because my friend quite liked his mashed potato and gravy. I was surprised how tasteless the chicken was considering its a speciality at this "restaurant". I will not order from here again and would advise others not to.

I have become a very loyal customer of Willy Woo's because, quite simply, this is REAL American BBQ. Every meal I have ordered has been excellent, and rivals any BBQ you can get back in the US. Delivery stated 45mins, it ended up taking over an hour. The ribs were over cooked and extremely dry with not enough sauce and the mac and cheese was runny with no flavor. As much as anyone in this city looking for southern comfort food, I was excited to try Willy Woo's menu. They do good fried wings, but seem intent on giving very dry breasts for every regular chicken order. Salad was all stalk no leaf, ugly chopping, poor quality, carrot cake is more like a layered fruit cake with cream cheese, mashed potato was not worth finishing. :(

I ordered a "Chili Dog" and got a hot dog with "chili pepper." I called the restaurant and the chef explained to me that the owner from California had taught him this. Very misleading. Type in "Chili Dog" in Google and you will know what a Chili Dog is supposed to look like.

Delivery took about an hour, which for chicken and waffles, is a pretty long time. They charge you for delivery too, which i'm not really use to. Food was good, the portions are huge. A bit pricey though. P.S. Do not get the red velvet cake, it is not even red and not worth 89 vnd.

I ordered the mustard greens and a baked potato this time. I was disappointed because the mustard greens were mostly stems with very few "green" leaves. I don't like eating a lot of mustard "stems". Also, they did not give me butter on the side to put on my baked potato. I think there should always be butter on the side for those who request it.

The service is amazing. The fact that good food is a click away, and customer service responds via text and call if needed, is simply refreshing. I especially like the field where one can add special instructions for the restaurant, and it usually is met (e.g. bring a menu or use the secret knock). Three fives for sure!

For a chicken and waffles restaurant, much work is needed on the waffles. Leaden and tasteless.Chicken is tasty but not what I was expecting. We ordered a chicken quarter and only received a chicken breast. However, the flavor was there so you won't be too disappointed. The ribs were delicious-succulent and packed with flavor. Sides were so so. Mac n cheese was pretty good. AVOID the cornbread!

The BBQ chicken over wood and their homemade sauce the best I have had--this restaurant will be here in Viet Nam a long time.
