I ordered fish and chips and the BBQ chicken. The menu stated that "all" chicken comes with fries (chips). I only received fries with the fish, but none with the chicken. I already paid before I realized this.

I was sent the wrong order but didn't want to wait another hour for redelivery. They gave me a club royal meal instead of a hollywood meal. I checked my order online and it was definately their mistake as confirmation stated hollywood. Was tasty but not what I ordered.

The delivery was 10 minutes earlier than expected and the order was correct. I was so excited to find these menu selections in Saigon, but was cautiously optimistic -- I have had bland "western" food way too many times in this town. I was very happy with the food Willy Woo's had to offer. The food was tasty and the portions are generous.

Order was made at 19:14hrs and was told that delivery will arrive at 20:55 but it arrived earlier at 20:20 instead. The sauces were all over the bag. The taste was not as good as we thought it's going to be. The procedure to place the order was simple, quick and efficient.

This place is a joke. The food took 2 hours to arrive and it was cold when it did. The only reason I have given a 2 (and not 1) for taste is because my friend quite liked his mashed potato and gravy. I was surprised how tasteless the chicken was considering its a speciality at this "restaurant". I will not order from here again and would advise others not to.

I have become a very loyal customer of Willy Woo's because, quite simply, this is REAL American BBQ. Every meal I have ordered has been excellent, and rivals any BBQ you can get back in the US. The service has been excellent too, with food always arriving on time or early, and without any mistakes. I give WW's 5 stars across the board!!!

Delivery stated 45mins, it ended up taking over an hour. The ribs were over cooked and extremely dry with not enough sauce and the mac and cheese was runny with no flavor. I have ordered the ribs and mac cheese multiple times from willy woo's and this was the first time it tasted like this. Very disappointed.

As much as anyone in this city looking for southern comfort food, I was excited to try Willy Woo's menu. They do good fried wings, but seem intent on giving very dry breasts for every regular chicken order. Salad was all stalk no leaf, ugly chopping, poor quality, carrot cake is more like a layered fruit cake with cream cheese, mashed potato was not worth finishing. :(

I ordered a "Chili Dog" and got a hot dog with "chili pepper." I called the restaurant and the chef explained to me that the owner from California had taught him this. Very misleading. Type in "Chili Dog" in Google and you will know what a Chili Dog is supposed to look like.

Delivery took about an hour, which for chicken and waffles, is a pretty long time. They charge you for delivery too, which i'm not really use to. Food was good, the portions are huge. A bit pricey though. P.S. Do not get the red velvet cake, it is not even red and not worth 89 vnd.

Usually I'm impressed by Willy Woo's but I was surprisingly disappointed with both the fried chicken and waffle. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day and the waffle was rubbery.

American BBQ Pork Ribs,side of Corn bread-The ribs: the "real deal"--ribs on a wood grill--great! great! The Corn bread could be baked at a lower/longer temperature for perfection-still a delicious dinner.

The BBQ sandwich is good but they should sell it separately and not force one to eat 2 extra sides. Also, we asked for no wings but wings were still delivered. The macaroni and cheese doesn't have much flavor and the noodles are soggy.

I ordered the mustard greens and a baked potato this time. I was disappointed because the mustard greens were mostly stems with very few "green" leaves. I don't like eating a lot of mustard "stems". Also, they did not give me butter on the side to put on my baked potato. I think there should always be butter on the side for those who request it.

hi there was a little problem with not being able to be reached byphone but that was my fault. the food at willi woos was so unexceptable. the side dishes wereok but the chicken had no flavor and when i tried to eat the second piece it was raw uncookedswhen i bit into itdisgusting!!

They confirmed the delivery time for an hour but actually arrived in 25 minutes which was great, I asked for my smoothie with a different juice in which they did. The mash potatoes and gravy are the best of the sides, I get them every time and am never disappointed.

Delivery service was fantastic. Easy, reliable, fast. The food was good, and I'm happy with it. Great sized portions for the price. My only issue that the food tended to be on the salty side. Less salt in the Macaroni and Cheese, and the gravies.

I ordered the fish and chips, corn, and BBQ chicken. Everything was great--especially the fries(chips). They were like the big wedges from the states. The chicken was delicious along with the fish. The only problem was that the corn had a little too much pepper in it. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Really good food!

Decent service and delivery to Binh Thanh. The food was nothing special, I had heard good things about this place but it didn't really live up to the hype. We ordered ribs and the fried chicken. The ribs were ok but they are not the best in town. The chicken was pretty horrible, extremely salty.

The service is amazing. The fact that good food is a click away, and customer service responds via text and call if needed, is simply refreshing. I especially like the field where one can add special instructions for the restaurant, and it usually is met (e.g. bring a menu or use the secret knock). Three fives for sure!

Wimpy(2) potato salad: Wow and double wow! The so called "mini burger" was a great burger(s)--I only wish I could have ordered":toast burger"--the potato salad enoungh for two from New York to Washington D.C.-this is the best food choice in HCMC City for the money and more!

For a chicken and waffles restaurant, much work is needed on the waffles. Leaden and tasteless.Chicken is tasty but not what I was expecting. We ordered a chicken quarter and only received a chicken breast. However, the flavor was there so you won't be too disappointed. The ribs were delicious-succulent and packed with flavor. Sides were so so. Mac n cheese was pretty good. AVOID the cornbread!
