I complained several times in the past about the hard, stale hot dog buns, and the last few times I ordered they were really good :) You seem to be doing a great job of handling these restaurants! Now if I can be really really picky, they don't send toothpicks :)))) hahahaha

Ceasar Salid and the noodles after adding the sauce where a bit too salting. Still OK for me (western), my girlfriend (Vietnamese) liked it less. Very good price for OK food. When on a budget, this is a good alternative for eating at a street corner.

same as always... no salt, no pepper, no ketchup, no straw, stale bread. I wish they didn't toast their bread, it always comes out hard.

Absolutely horrible. Food came 1 hour late. Delivery boy don't even dare to come up hotel but asked the hotel bellboy to bring up to my room. Terrible.

at 9h, they called to tell me to go outside, i told them to come to my room. At 9:20 they called me to ask the address that is clear on my account as Prince Hotel 42B. They were at the wrong address with no hotel. 20 minutes later (20 mins from where they were to Hang Giay) they finally showed up at 9:40. Food was cold so I refused it and called for pizza from Lune D'automno

I don't know if this was a problem with the net. I ordered a hamburger and a salad, got a hamburger and something that looked like a quesadilla, but it didn't really taste like anything, so I'm not sure what it was. When I verified the order I'm sure it had a salad, got something different.

Thanks for great service. Leaving Hanoi today. We have particularly enjoyed the very fresh, reasonably priced food from "The Deli" during our stay.

The service and delivery were very good, except for one thing: the driver needs to carry more change. First he tried to get away with short changing me (although this could have been a misunderstanding) and then we had to bother my landlady...

Delivery was on time but deliverer forgot receipt in his vehicle, so had to go down the whole 10 floors to get it. Receipt ended up being an internal order form. Food was a bit disappointing. Some items felt reheated. Forgot to include a straw with my drink.

After the delivery being 20 minutes late, I decided to call. Practically no english, and no understanding of the problem. Kept saying: your food will come, do not worry. .. Half an hour late, it did arrive. Quality of food was average, most dishes high on not so fresh smelling oil.

make sure restaurants bring everything necessary to eat! Knife, fork, spoon, straws, napkins, etc. I got a salad but no fork to eat with, and no straw for the drink. But ok!
