A burger: came in about 15 minutes late. Well served, veggies in a separate bag, guess not to make bun wet. Meat was good. Bread bun was a bit old, almost like steamed to make it fresh. OK value for money. Better burgers can be found around...

The 2 diet cokes were out of date...since March 2013....it went direct to the garbage. Nothing to say about the fast delivery or the tasty food, but Provecho's should start to be careful about this small details.

The burger did not look very nice at delivery. Just bread and meat. Then I noticed that some lettuce and tomato slices where in a separate little bag for me to put them in the burger. It looked better after that. Anyways I did not have much time for admiring the view as the burger was tasty and eaten in minutes :)

The food took nearly 2 hrs to arrive - 45 mins late! And no apology. When it did arrive the Thai curry was mostly in the delivery bag, not the container and was far from a Thai red curry ... and my drink order was wrong. Ufff.

We've ordered from Provencho several times, food has always been great. This time, they changed their recipe for their salsa (Mexican chip & salsa) - it was very sweet, not an improvement! Bring back the old salsa please! Other than that, it was all good.

I used to be a fan of this restaurant and thought they were the best burgers of Hanoi. Yesterday, i ordered Super Mỹ Burger + extra mushroom. It didn't look god at all, the bread was not fresh and soaked, there was no sauce in it. Only meat, mushrooms and onions. Just by the look of it i should have stayed away but was too hungry to care. I ate half and threw up all night.

Provecho is my favorite restaurant in HaNoi, usually excellent. This time food was delivered 30 minutes late,,and was cold... no plastic utensils so I had to eat with my fingers. I'm sure this will happen only once.

It was probably a really nice pizza when it came out of the oven. It was 40 minutes late and COLD COLD COLD!!! Very disappointing. We've had pizzas from here many times - they are tasty but only just warm when they arrive.

The delivery was 30 minutes late compared to the confirmation so almost all the food was pretty cold. Regarding the taste their guacamole is really nice, the portion could be a bit bigger though.

Had the large pizza Hawaii. It tasts ok, not a super pizza but for Ha Noi not bad. Delivery was pizza in a box, no sauces or napkins like you do get with mr pizza, so a point less for delivery.

They forgot the chili mayonnaise for my sandwich but they did something unspeakable in Vietnam.....they made it right! After I contacted them they sent a whole new sandwich with the sauce no charge.

I order from Provecho regularly. Usually they provide quick delivery and delicious fresh food, however last night I was very disappointed. The delivery was late and the food was below average. It was cold when it arrived and the salad was half the size it usually is and was old and wilted, it looked like it had been re-used from a customer who did not finish their meal.

Delivery was early and special instructions were respected. The food was only average, as the burgers were way too charbroiled and both burgers and cheese steak were cooked with some kind of margarine or lard that left an unpleasant taste.

Salid was good, Spagetti is nice, the pizza (peperoni and chease Medium) was not that good and cold. Long delivery time made the pizza cold, but the spaghetti was still OK. Will try this place again, but if again cold pizza, I will avoid for hte future. If you life closed to Hang Be, it is a good place to order from.

They delivered Ice Cream with nuts but we said chocolate syrup. The burgers buns were soggy and stuck to the paper. The meat could have been cooked a little longer it was still soft pink. Delivery came 15 minutes late. I don't like to complain but maybe my feedback will give room for improvement. Would I order again, maybe, but not burgers!

The delivery was with 50mns late. Call was given to the restaurant to ask at the time it was supposed to arrive and we've been told ... "it's on its way" .... 50mns later it rung. It could happen but better info would have been appreciated.

The food took a long time to get here and the pizza was cold when it arrived. I was told the food would be delivered at 2:20pm, but it arrived at 2:40pm

I had a bad experience the previous time I ordered enchiladas. This time the owner called me up herself and offered to add an order of enchiladas free of charge along with my new order. I was impressed with the personal touch. Still wish they would deliver utensils and napkins with the order though.

I ordered from my office and the delivery came with no utensils and no napkins. Extremely frustrating. The styrofoam boxes that the enchiladas were delivered in broke down and stuck to the melted cheese. Had to pick out the pieces before eating.

The delivery was 40 minutes late. The food arrived warm, not hot and all the food we ordered taste horrible! Not to mention expensive, 3 sticks of satay= 65,000d and the meat was so dry and burned, the peanut sauce is equally disappointing. The pizza, chicken leg were burned as well. The Thai green curry was tasteless and watery Conclusion , we will not order from Provecho again, never!

This restaurant was great as always. The fries weren't crispy this time, sometimes even with delivery their fries are prefect, but if I want crispy fries I should go to the restaurant.
