The spring onion pancakes are homemade and really good, but the shanghai spring rolls taste exactly like those cheap frozen rolls you get at the grocery store. Couldn't eat them. Willing to give the place another try.

Service was very good and was delivered on time as requested. The food however this time around was not as good as the last time, I ordered exactly the same dishes we normally do and there was a fifference in taste and portion served, but we still enjoyed it.

Very dissapointing. Gen tzo chicken soggy. Fried rice bland. Moo shoo chicken came w very little chicken. Soup tasted like vinegar.

The delivery boy was very polite and kind. the link which was in the email to give feedback didnt work... (clicking on it didnt open a new window) so had to copy and paste it to a new window myself. not sure if this is something that just happened to my email or if it is occurring more often..

Delivery in Thao Dien is always super fast, like 15 mins from order to food at your door! However, that likely means things are prepped and sitting around; thus, leading to mediocre to bad flavors at times, other times it is pretty good.

I wanted to order more dishes but could not get through to Vietnammm - I stayed on hold as long as the call would hold and then it would say 'goodbye' and cut the call - I called back at least twice more with no success. Thankfully you're email had the direct number to Phat Phuc and I was able to contact them directly to amend the order. All in all a great service though, thank you!

Delivery was 15 minutes late. All 4 dishes ordered were too salty and had too much chili. This is only an approximation of Chinese food. Will not order from Phat Phuc's again.

Delivery to district 3 was both prompt and surpisingly quick for lunchtime. Food arrived still piping hot and did not see or taste one bit of MSG.

I was very excited to find a Chinese restaurant on here and ordered the crispy beef in chili sauce - one of my absolute favourites back home. However this version was just WAY too hot. I couldn't finish it. I imagine for other people it would be just fine but I would appreciate more of a description than just "spicy" against the menu items. My husband also had a "spicy" meal but it was lovely.

Best chinese we've had in Ho Chi Minh. Excellent service from a very polite and friendly man. Only took 45 minutes. Proper chicken breast used in the dishes and really good portion of duck. It doesn't say on the site but rice does come with the dishes (we ended up ordering extra portions because we didn't realise!). Highly recommended.
