This was the first ever that we used your organisation to order food in Hanoi. It was prompt, no even 15 minutes earlier, it was at the right temperature and the delivery man was courteous. We will definately use this service again.

After 3 times of ignoring my special instructions, I was very happy that all my instructions were followed this time! Food was fresh and tasty as usual, and delivery was prompt and complete.

We have eaten at Da Paolo quite a few times since moving to Vietnam. We very much enjoy the food. However yesterday's pizza was cold, a bit soggy, and the toppings were seperated by slice: slices for mushrooms, 2 for meat etc. We will eat at Da Paolo's again but probably not take away.

I have ordered many times from Da Paolo, and food quality-wise it is still one of my favorite places. But this is the 3rd time in a row that they have ignored my special requests. Perhaps it is time to try some other Italian places.

Another pretty good experience from Da Paolo, the restaurant I order the most from. My only concern is this is the second straight time that my special instructions were ignored: eating caprese salad without balsamic vinegar for me is just not that tasty.

Another good experience from Da Paolo. Fresh and tasty food, good delivery. Only thing though, was they didn't supply me with my extra requests (parmesan cheese and tabasco for the pasta)

Very good experience. Ordered through my mobile device. Received both e-mail and SMS notice of restaurant confirmation. Delivery was on time. Food was well packed and presented, fresh and tasty. My special instructions were fulfilled. Only thing I would have liked was to receive napkins as well. Overall very good experience. Would definitely order from this restaurant again.
