The fettuccine was very bad. Sauce was ok but a little bland. The risotto was dry and lacked taste. I will not be ordering again from Cappucino.

I received the confirmation of order 6 hours after the food arrived, so I wasn't sure when it was coming. It arrived with some things missing, and when I phoned to explain this, nobody could speak English.

The lettuce was rotten in my burger - literally dark brown and very smelly. It was so bad the lettuce had leaked rotten liquid onto the bun and was in-edible. This was the worst experience I have had in vietnam with food.

didn't ask for pineapple - got it. did ask for extra pepperoni - didn't get it. Tepid temp. Little Cheese. Tough dough base. Dry and ordinary. Only eat if you're starving to death and have lots off beer handy. Is there decent pizza in HCMC ? My search continues . . . . . . .

Ordered a Salad which was an hour and a half late, the driver repeatedly called from the wrong address. When the salad arrived it was soggy, tasted bad and was pretty much inedible

Prompt, courteous and the kitchen does a good job. Their beef stroganov with fresh fettuccine (not fries) is a nice change of pace.

Delivery was punctual, however their was a miscommunication somewhere. Obviously the comment box/extra instructions information was either not relayed to the restaurant or the restaurant ignored them. A quick call to the restaurant and an online "chat" w/vnmmm.com quickly fixed the problem immediately. That is why I order online. Thanks much!

Surprisingly good pizza. Considering how expensive places like Scoozi are-- and how annoying it is to pay so much and then have your pizza show up cold-- I think Cappucino might be my favorite pizza joint in HCMC.

I ordered veal Zurich and the taste was very poor, the meat was overcooked while the sauce wasn'tcooked at all, liquid sauce not reduced. They used sweet onion which gave the dish a very sugary taste. Not a Zurich geschnetzeltes AT ALL! on top of that it was served with roesti potatoes which were over salted! uneatable! I did also order a cream caramel which was bellow ordinary! bad experience!

the pizza would have been good, but in the delivery all the toppings moved and ended up in a corner of the box. i should have sent it back, i don't think i can order from here again.

The delivery person could not find our house. After 2 hours and a few conversations, I gave up on the food arriving and made dinner. There was no follow up from the restaurant...very disappointing!!!

they phoned when the food was supposed to be delivered to say they hadnt started making it. was told it would then be at least another hour. so two hours from ordering. so cancelled. very poor, restaurants that cant fulfill orders really shouldn't be on this website.

Delivery was on time as mentioned. But anyhow it took 40min till they were there which is quiet long for a pizza. Taste itself was ok but nothing special.
