Burgers, wings were dry and overcooked. Toppings for burgers, the buns and the potoatoes side were excellent - get someone to slow down the fire and this place is a winner. Service was prompt and all was delivered exactly as ordered

Chicken nuggets were dry and hard. Burger was terrible...everything inside was crispy and there wasn't enough sauce to salvage it.

The chicken was stale. It was not fresh at all what so ever. The Pretzel dog, was ok, nothing great about it. I was expecting a pretzel dog, not a hotdog

Delivery was late but that was due to a flat tyre. The boss (Alvin) phoned and apologised straight away, he enquired about my meal and was very good at setting the situation right. The burger (cowboy burger) was delicious and so were the sauces. If the driver hadn't of had a flat tyre then it would have been 5/5 on all three. Will definitely eat here again.

Ordered the cowboy burger and it was good, spiced well and arrived hot but was cooked to well-done which was unusual as the website specifically says their burgers are cooked medium. The potato bites were also good and arrived hot. The delivery driver was pleasant and arrived a little earlier than quoted which was great since I was starving. Overall, a great experience!

Delivery time was quoted as one hour. Arrived in one hour 40 minutes. Corn Dog was excellent. Burger was not so great, stale bun, shredded, slimy lettuce, patty itself was ok. Potato wedges would be great I think if they were served fresh but as we received them the were a bit cold and soggy on a positive note they called me and apologized for being late without prompting from us

Unusual to be be able to get a good delivery burger. This joint does it damn well and takes care of the customer with an english speaking operator. The fried potatoes will knock your socks off, damn good.

GreAt burgers for a great price. Burgers aren't overbearingly huge, they're just right and hit the spot. I definitely recommend the cowboy burger. It has the right amount of crisp to it. More side options / appetizers would be nice.

I ordered the chicken burger - awesome crispy breading on the chicken and crispy bacon! I wish the chicken breast was a little bigger though (I know what your thinking...men always want bigger breasts). Lastly, for VND 12,000 per extra sauce, you might consider a little more than a 25 gram (1 oz.) portion. Excellent taste though!

I like anything with the word "dude" in it. I was happy with my burger but next time I'll order my bun on the side for practical purposes. Just found out these guys are the same that own Taco Bich, my favorite! :)

Service/delivery all fine, food packaged thoughtfully. At first we thought the burgers were a bit dry but it was just that the condiments are sent separately (probably a good idea actually). I missed the disclaimer that beef is done medium (surely the default should be "cooked"). My only real criticism of the food is the cheese UNDER the patty. A barbaric and indefensible practice!
