i ordered the biggest pizza and for 1 person is a little bit more than enough. It was my first time ordering and I liked the services. Unfortunately there is a negative part. I didn't tip the delivery guy (I don't think its mandatory nor expected). He turned on the tap water from my water without me knowing resulting as a spend of water during atleast 15min... I still cant believe it.

ZPizza made another ordering mistake. I ordered a medium pizza but received a small pizza. At least the bill was for a small pizza only. Still, more care needed for accurate completion of orders.

Delivery was about 20-30 mins late which is odd as they restaurant is less than 10 minutes by motorbike from my home. At least they came to the door this time. I didn't remind them they still owe me VND35k from the last order and they have clearly forgotten. However, the food was excellent. Particularly the spinach salad - quite delicious and now on my regular ordering list!

Z-Pizza failed to deliver one component of my order - sweet potato fries. I rang them and they still did not deliver the fries. Now they owe me VND35k but don't seem to care. Food was also delivered cold, from a restaurant less than 10 minutes from my home. Z-Pizza could not seem to read my apartment address from the online order so I had to go down to the ground floor to get my food.
