⚠️ For orders to apartment buildings / housing compounds that don't provide free parking for delivery drivers and/or don't let delivery drivers past the lobby or front gate, we won't be able to provide door-to-door delivery so we ask that you come out to pick up your order upon arrival.

⚠️ Due to limitations in the Vietnammm system, we are able to set shipping fees by District only and cannot adjust shipping by ward or address. Please note that 20.000VND delivery fee is only for orders within Thao Dien and areas of An Phu on the Thao Dien side of Xa Lo Hanoi (Hanoi Highway) up to Vista. Orders in other areas of District 2, including An Phu on the Song Hanh side, will be charged shipping based on distance. One of our staff members will call you to confirm before sending it out.

⚠️ To avoid any delays or confusion with your delivery, please provide an accurate street address with your order. Sometimes only an apartment's name is not sufficient as we use 3rd party delivery services from time to time and the drivers may not be familiar with your particular building/complex.

⚠️ Please make sure to provide a valid and working phone number (not international numbers) in case we need to get in touch. If you do not have a working Vietnamese phone number, please provide an email address in your order notes.
