I ordered a mozzarella and tomato salad which was nice. And fettucine with chicken & sundried tomatoes. it quite dry and had some other vegetables in it (zucchini and fresh tomato) which were perhaps a substitute for lack of sundried tomatoes. bland.
Packaging: a bit poor - chicken in creamy mushroom sauce erupted and leaked upon opening, staining fabric and flesh.
Quality: decent, despite suspicion that salmon was farmed. Salad had an excess of tomatoes, but excellent greens.
All else: decent.

Not received confirmation of order, though order was still delivered. That leaves customer wondering if order placement went wrong.

Our order was delivered earlier than expected. Delivery person was friendly and food was good. Will order from them again. Ordered a chocolate mousse which came packed in ice and in a real glass - and good!

Food was delivered more or less on time but delivery guy forgot 1/2 the order at the restaurant. When he returned he only brought 1/2 of what he had forgotten. By the second time he had returned it was too late and nobody at the restaurant would pick up.

The linguine with chicken and sun-dried tomatoes was almost perfect. If the chicken had been more tender and seasoned a bit, it would be.

Food came earlier than expected and my salad was warm, which I'm ambivalent about 'cuz it's Vietnam so it's better if things are cooked, but it's a salad! And when it says spinach ... it's not really spinach as I know it. Edible and worth the money tho.

Problem: Inconsistent Quality - Bad Chefs
We ordered a favorite dish, 4 servings of the linguine with chicken and sun-dried tomatoes, but this time it was inedible. I called them to retrieve the food and refund our money, which they did. Thus 2 stars.

I ordered Gnocchi and asked for "no ham". It arrived with ham - I'm vegetarian. For the second time I tried to order the banana cake and got the pancake instead.
