I ordered the turkey sandwich without peanuts but it arrived with nuts in it. I'm an allergic to nuts for 8 years. If I had not noticed the nuts in my sandwich I would have had to go to hospital. Please take nut allergies seriously!

Fantastic!! As soon as I placed my order Joma called me, to let me know they didn't have something i ordered! Was able to change my order on the phone. I was so impressed by this!

It took and HOUR and FOURTY minutes for the delivery to arrive, it usually takes only 40. Joma says "sorry, new delivery man is LOST. CANT FIND YOUR HOUSE"
my building is 25 floors high. could have looked it up on a map before departing Joma. Food cold

Disappointing. The 'pastrami' and the mayonnaise were not good quality so I didn't finish it.The prices have increased which is not reflected in the food.
