i ordered a rocket and parmesan salad, but there was no parmesan with the salad when it was delivered. this is the second time i've ordered rocket and parmesan salad and the salad came without parmesan. the salad is expensive. if it's going to be served with only rocket, then they should charge less money for it. it's not fair to charge 127.000 vnd for a salad if it's only rocket. thanks.

This is the last time I will order a pizza from this restaurant. When the pizza arrived it was cold. The mushroom and ham pizza was bland and probably the worst pizza I have ever had. It was not worth the price. There are better Italian restaurants in HCMC that I will be ordering from in the future.

The reason I selected poor is because I ended up paying 500,000 dong for a 3xx,000 bill. When I made the order I selected 500,000 as method of payment (I had no change - have been unwell at home for several days) and assumed that the store would bring change. But the delivery guy claimed he had no change and in the end I had to send him away with the whole 500k. Needs attention!

I made notes in the order form that i only had 500,000vnd and they should bring change. However the driver had no change. To his credit he went back down to get change from a shop for me, but please pass on the information to the driver's next time!

The delivery time was better than said on the website. The service was good but I was surprised and annoyed that they charge you 5% service; I've never seen that for delivery! The food was good but the pizza was cold. So my experience with Pendolasco is a bit mitigated.

For the price of the entrees, the portions are very small. In comparison to other restaurants that serve dishes at the same price and same quality ingredients - Jaspas, Pomodoros, Kita, you get a lot more food.

No taste and ugly presentation: wrapping pizza cartons with a plastic bag makes the pizza terrible squishy on the way. The icecubes cooling the tiramisu box melted in the plastic bag and watererd into the plastic box. We had to throw the tiramisu away. And a delivery man speaking only VN to me on the phone wasn't helpful either. Worst order experience ever! In the restaurant the food was always ok
