I have ordered before but this time was disappointing. Unfortunately the Bufalo Margherita pizza was bland, tasteless. The tomato sauce was nearly nonexistent, brown in color. I never use salt, bit this time I had to, to eat it. It was hot, but more like a cheap, supermarket frozen pizza. I will try their sister restaurant Casa Italia next time (more consistent in quality).

The delivery was fast. However, the delivery man came with totally inadequate change even though my order stated that he needed to come with change for VND 500,000. Too many delivery men come without change and do not even offer to get some change when the customer has none.

We kept calling to change the order as there was a mistake but could not get through. The phone number on the site was wrong. The delivery man could not speak English so no response. We were stuck with our wrong order.

Even though I had added a not in my order to provide change on a VND 500,000 note, the delivery man came with no change at all. Delivery men need to carry change. Restaurants should read the comment box of each order - otherwise why bother having a comment box?

The pizza was cold when it arrived here and the salad dressing consisted just of oil without any spices or even balsamico which was very sad at a mozzarella salad. All in all, the quality of the food didn't match with the relatively high price.

Pizza mediocre and overpriced. Quite greasy and small.However, the delivery service and website were wonderful, and I will certainly try to use them again (with a different restaurant)

The pizza was delicious but the amount of sausage was very stingy. One slice of sausage in each piece and in fact 2 pieces of pizza with NO SAUSAGE. For 270000 that is not satisfactory. The sausage was the only ingredient apart from the tomato and cheese base!
