Fantastic chicken and tomato sandwich, only let down by the cheap white bread. Spaghetti with tuna was slightly too oily but tasted good. Good portion sizes and quick delivery.

Food arrived exactly when they said it would. I am so impressed with hideaway's smoked salmon. It's delicious and something that I crave often! It tastes fresh and exactly like the smoked salmon from home (the USA). I also love their salads and their coconut pannacotta is to die for. My only complaints are that the cheesecake was not as good and their potato pancakes did not taste like potato.

The tuna was tough (not very fresh) and the sauce was salty. Instead of putting the sauce in a separate container so the customer can add the sauce to his/her liking, it came with sauce marinating the entire the dish. The carrot juice was water down too much.

Excellent! This was the first time I ordered from Hideaway Cafe and I was very impressed. Food was great and the service was very good. (Also, their latte definitely hit the spot!) I will definitely order from them again!

My food arrived 45 minutes late because the delivery guy wrote down the wrong address. I then had to pay full price (210,000VND) for cold food. When I called Hideaway Cafe directly I spoke to 3 people before someone finally understood me, and while apologetic, she didn't call me back like she said she would. I like the food at Hideaway but their service is terrible. I won't be ordering again.

The chicken sandwich I ordered was absolutely disgusting. The bread was soggy (wet) and was cold (it was supposed to be a hot sandwich) and there was barely any mayonnaise or chicken in it. It was so bad that I had to throw it in the bin. I will not be ordering from hideaway again.

The breakfasts and desserts here are great but....the pasta dish i had last night was absolutely horrible....dripping in oil and vinegar (?!) had to throw most of it away....still got the taste in my mouth now....yuck

Took a while to find the right room in the apartment. Order was slightly wrong (wrong starter) didn't realise until after he'd gone. Like-wise delivery was 15k although on the menu they delivered with the order it said delivery within 3km is free, and i'm sure i'm within that distance, again didn't realise until after. Will bring it up next time!

The delivery man was very nice and professional, but he didn't have change for the 200k VND as requested on the site. Not a big deal at all. What was odd was that he thought that Vietnammm wanted to charge me 200k, although I thought it was pretty clear that I indicated that was how I was paying so I could receive change. I still love Hideaway & the site, but its something you may want to clear up

The overall taste of the food was okay, but the food was cold when arrived the bag for the food was full of water due to the rainy weather! An idea would be to deliver the food in special delivery bags to keep the food warm and protected.

First, the bad. The pumpkin soup serving was really small, they forgot my croutons, and the smoothie was good, but definitely not worth 100k. Now, the good. They delivered my food in a heavy downpour just to deliver it on time, which I appreciated, but they really didn't have to do. It was nice of them to deliver everything and make the time limit though.

I was really impressed with the ease of use of the Vietnammm website but particularly the estimated delivery time. The food actually arrived only 2 minutes after the time quoted which was very impressive. We order from Hideaway a lot so we know how yummy the food is and we weren't disappointed this time. The website just made communication easier. Thanks!
