The price on Vietnammm.com total 700,000 vnd, yet the restaurant printed a receipt for 730,000vnd. The kids' spaghetti bolognese was priced more than what was on this site. Delivery guy couldn't find my place even though I live in the SAME compound as the Boathouse!

My food arrived in time but missing most of the ingredients. They offered to bring them but my meal would have been cold by the time they arrived. Disappointed.

A revolting experience. An hour wait for a pizza wh;en the restaurant is literally 2 minutes from my home? Ordered and paid for a 215,00 vnd pizza; received a 125,000 vnd pizza? Promotional free beer was not delivered until I complained. Sorry, sorry, sorry. The technology is impressive, but the results are not.

Excellent all the way around! Ordered Strawberry & Banana smoothie, Grilled chicken breast w/wild mushroom sauce and Classic macaroni and cheese. We enjoyed both dishes very much and the smoothie was great! Will order here again.

I waited almost an hour for my delivery and when I called to see what the hold up was they had not received my order yet so I had to order again. They must have then found my online order as I then received a confirmation text.

Boathouse called me yesterday. but could not tell me WHY they called (I assumed it was to clarify the order) so I eventually had to hang up on them. They seem confused about where the Australian School is, even though it is in the APSC compound, where Boathouse is also located. Boathouse has been delivering coffee to campus for 2 years

I ordered at 5:15pm + received email + text message confirmation from the restaurant that my food would be delivered before 6:00pm. At 6:45pm it had still not arrived. I called the restaurant to ask where my food was + was told by different people that it would be '5 minutes' or '10 minutes' before they had even checked which order was mine. I called again + they blamed the website. Appalling.

Will not reorder the Philly Cheese Steak, it was cold, small, and nothing like a real Philly Cheese Steak. Nor will I reorder Buffalo Chicken Panini - it was cold, small, and nothing like Buffalo chicken or a panini. The Boathouse shouldn't name items after iconic American dishes if it doesn't try to make them correctly. Pizza was fine.
