The confirmation email said 1 hour, delivery took 1:20. Why does it take so long? My pumpkin soup was lukewarm and tasted weird, and my smoked salmon bagel had only the tiniest bit of salmon on the second half. I've ordered from Joma before and it's been ok, but I was prettydisappointed this time.

I ordered a create your own sandwich, side salad, and black forrest cake. The delivery time was excellent, a little faster than expected. However, I indicated that I was going to pay with a 500,000 dong note and he did not have the change, so I had to go to a nearby store to have them break my 500,000 so I could pay him. The sandwich and salad were good, but I did not care for the cake.

the delivery boy from Joma got lost but di not call me nor his restaurant for directions. after 20min of waiting I called Vietnammm and they sorted out the problem efficiently. The english skills of the person I talked to were quite good, she understood everything.

I ordered a bag of 6 plain bagels, but added a note using the online form asking to change to a bag of 6 cheddar pepper bagels, which I know Joma sells at the exact same price. The order arrived with a bag of 6 plain bagels, but no one contacted about my request. Do they not read it???? I'm not happy & I will not use Vietnammm again until this is fixed.
