Last time I order from here. Food tasted NOTHING like it did only a few months ago. Squid was dry and chewy, Tacos were foul and tasted like a school dinner, Lamb Roti was so greasy the box it came in couldn't be put down on anything and the Singapore noodles are a poor copy of how they used to taste.

First time ordering here, but won't be the last. Enjoyed the nachos and green thai curry. Quick service and food in good containers. Downside though was the chips for the nachos were all soggy as the meat and all is on top of them in transport. Should separate.

Food was over half an hour late. When it arrived it was all stone cold. The pizza had stuck to the cardboard box and was that soggy that the box was falling apart in places. I have eaten at the restaurant before and been happy but this experience will make me think twice certainly whether to get take away from them and if to eat there in the future.

Pesto pasta dish had no pine nuts and the pasta was a thick noodle, not the normal thin kind that goes with pesto. Both spaghetti and pesto were very bland. Burger and pizza were okay. Pizza had to be reheated.

I scheduled a later delivery but the restaurant overlooked it and confirmed delivery in 1 hour. I called Vietnammm customer service and they fixed it right away, but had I not noticed the error, I would have received my dinner 3 hours early...not good!

I have to say that we are seeing less and less rice in our portion and also since we ordered two chicken korma they must have not balance the portions of both properly as one has lots of chicken and the other lots of potatoes. The dish is still very tasty tho..

Food was good but we ordered at 7:20 and it didn't arrive until 9:00. I know D7 is a ways from Dong Khoi, but it shouldn't take 45 minutes to deliver two pizzas. A phone call from the restaurant to let us know it was on the way would've been helpful.

The Jaspers Burger was very good whereas the chicken on the Peri-Burger was on the outside fried but inside raw. If we would have only ordered the Peri Burger the rating on "Taste" would have been "Poor".

The Thai Chicken pizza was completely bland. The vegetable pizza was soaking wet. The vegetable pizza was also thrown around in the box during delivery and was a big mess by the time it arrived to me. Jaspas has some great hamburgers but I will never order a pizza from them again.

Good pizzas. Only complaint is that I stated on vietnammm.com that I wanted to pay with a 500,000 note and the delivery guy didn't have the correct change, so I was forced to "tip" him quite a bit

I have a question. When I orderd on line, the total amount was about 1.100.00 dong. However, when the delivery man from Jaspas arrived, he gave me a bill that had an amount printed on it. And someone had written another amount in pen over the printed amount. The amount in pen was for 1.293.000 dong. And the delivery man did not let me keep the copy of the check.Why did I have to pay more?

Did Jaspas change chefs recently? The udon noodles were not udon (looked like linguini noodles) and the only vegetable in the mix was onion. Very poor taste and execution in comparison to previous udon orders I have received in the past. Also, the veggie burger pattie was mushy and undercooked.

placing the order was super easy, the amount on the website was the same as the one on the receipt, which is also good. the only critic is that the one dish was cold and this is not because of the delivery time, cause it normally takes the other restaurants the same time to get to Phu Nuan. all-in-all, great service and i will try the other restaurants as well. thx

As a vegetarian, I was happy to see quite a few vegetarian items in Jaspa's menu. I especially liked the wild mushroom pizza and the veggie burger. The veggie burrito was tasty but didn't compare with burritos found in the States.
