Delivery : 20 minutes before planned time, so that's good. But all foods were not warm anymore, almost cold. Maybe working on packaging to keep warm or improving the delivery. Taste : so so as it get cold. If warm, guess it would be better.

We normally always have at-door service by Bobby Brewers (we're living on the 3rd floor of an apartment), but the deliverer this time didn't bother to come upstairs and tried to get us down instead by spamming my phone 8 times. I was driving outside so I didn't pick up. When I came back my husband said the deliverer came upstairs eventually but looked really pissed.

As usual, excellent :-) The only downside: they charged 2,000VND for delivery (I don't see this on their link to Vietnammm, I hope they post it next time). If they want people to pay for delivery, they should post the cost together with the order.

Delivery was more than 1 hour late. Called restaurant and got put on with 3 different people who spoke no English and told me they "have no delivery". Ate breakfast because we were so hungry, and then cold food arrived with no explanation. Will not order Bobby Brewers again.

I could not eat one dish, as it contained seafood. When placing the order, I checked the website, and it did not mention seafood, however, in the additional information box I stated NO SEAFOOD. I could not eat this meal. Service was slow, arriving 15minutes later than predicted in the sms, well over 1hour from ordering. Disappointed in their service and lack of attention to detail.
