I almost always have "excellent" from here-this time I not ordere a combo-I ordered 6 inch sandwich from photo that showed salad with sandwich--no salad-just plain with meat and cheese- it looked like salad would be included from photo on this site-missing in action-this is my first complaint about Subway- in the future-just order combo for a full delight!Never order on the side from here!

According to Subway standards the Steak & Cheese and Chicken Club sandwiches are considered "warm sandwiches" and suppose to be toasted and served warm ... our sandwiches were not toasted and were served cold. Also, the meat within the Steak & Cheese sandwich is supposed to be sliced an chopped into smaller pieces (like the picture on Subway's webpage) .. ours was not prepared in the same manner.

Delivery was in fact half the time than what was first quoted. Food arrived well wrapped and not moisture laden.

It took over an hour for my delivery to made. Over 20 minutes longer than their generous estimate. Despite having no previous problems the driver got lost and did not think to use my phone number to check the address. Neither did the restaurant. Not impressed at all.

Subway is usually reliable, but: 1. chili sauce does not work on a sub (at least it wasn't mayo) and 2. The frugal owner needs to watch himself in regards to the scant meat slices (as usual: screw over the ultra rich foreigner, he'll be back. However, this myth is proving untrue: more foreigners are tired of feeling taken advantage of, and we are just eating elsewhere)

I had realized I had something to change/add on my order and despite calling the helpline and being on hold for 7 minutes no one picked up my call (I eventually ran out of credit) also my comment box asking for the Subway loyalty card stickers to be sent was ignored. Food was great though.

Ordered the ham that's currently on special. Already contemplation when I can justify ordering another one. Honey mustard sauce was excellent. Could have done with just a little more cheese though.

food was as expected but the delivery driver didn't notice the construction going on in front of my house and so he drove through all my brand new concrete. luckily the restaurant gave me some free cookies and neck store manager told me I could have a free sandwich next time woohoo

When you order in person, everything is perfect, but when you order delivery they always screw it up. They delivered the wron crap and there were so little veggies that I didn't even taste their presence.

Food was fine, but 1 hour 15 mins to prepare and deliver two simple sandwiches? And no call or anything to say they were going to be late. It would have taken me 20 minutes to do it myself (including the return journey) Slightly ridiculous. I won't be ordering from Subway again.

I thought the service was fantastic but my sub (from Subway) was mediocre at best. It was poorly made with only a thin layer of toppings (a veggie sub). That said, I will definitely use Vietnammm again. Thank you.
