1. Delivery time- Our restaurant prepares and cooks everything made to order. There is no pre-cooking or pre storage. We use 100% fresh food, so preparation and cooking time is usually slightly longer as we do not compromise food quality and food safety therefore cooking times vary depending on the dish. The delivery time is esitmated at 30minutes depending on the location of customer and traffic. Things to note if your delivery is delayed:

1.1 - Some apartments, building or mini hotels in D2, D7 & D9 in the streets are difficult to find even for local citizens.

1.2 - Delivery drivers are not masters of the english language and foreigners often do not speak even the most basic Vietnamese. Therefore directions should clear and detailed.

1.3 - Hcmc is prone to extreme weather events such as Storms, Heavy rains and Floods which may impact the delivery of your meal.

2. Display and food presentation.

- Due to the humid, hot conditions in HCMC the presentation style of the dish is not always expected as when you eat at the restaurant or as pictured in the menu that you have viewed. For example French fries and Kumara will not be crisp and crunchy As they would be in the restaurant, drinks not as cold and chicken not as crispy.

3. Quality and pricing:

- The meals we produce are no way comparable to Vietnamese street food. Our restaurant uses the freshest, best quality produce we can source. Before we buy our produce we strive to know about its origin and how it is sourced. We import some produce and packaging from Europe to ensure we follow the European food safety standard. We guarantee that our quality of food is safe and reasonably priced as we use only fresh, clean and safe food processes.
