It took 2 hours to receive our food! When it was 20 minutes late we called and she said it would be another 10 minutes. Then, she called back and said it would be 20 minutes. We asked for the order to be cancelled, then they called and said it was on it's way. We asked for a discount and she sent us a 100,000 voucher for eat-in. Do we ever want to eat here again???

The delivery man was very respectful. He was given the wrong address. I did not type the wrong address in the order online. I am not sure where the breakdown was. I appreciate the efforts to find my apartment though. Thank you!

It took an hour from when I placed the order on line and when I received my meal. It would have been faster to go to the restaurant as it was only 4 blocks from my house. Food from district 1 came twice as fast as this one down the road.

On the website it said that the set we ordered was for 2-3 people, but I don't think that's true. I consider it for 1-2 people. We order the SC-3 Sushi combination C (Raw&Well-done) for 2-3 people... The F-4 Deep fried stuffed pork w/cheese (Well-done) was good. I hope this can help.

Food is always great! People are always nice. Delivery was very late. They did call to say they would be later than the given time but they could have given me a discount as I order from there all the time.

The delivery took almost one hour, although I live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant. When the food arrived, it had fallen sideways in the box so the sushi rolls had fallen to pieces. I ordered 2 x miso soup and 1 x edamame, but the delivery was 1 x miso soup and 2 x edamame. I will not order from there again.

Waited well over an hour, food was not hot. Must have been a busy night at the restaurant. Will order again as this was a rare experience. I usually give all excellents.

The food came 70 minutes after I ordered it. The hot food was cold and the cold food was warm! Normally I am happy with this restaurant but the service and food quality yesterday were of a low standard.

Food was still hot, not soggy, when it arrived. Delivery guy forgot wasabi, we didn't realize it though, but the doorbell rang 5 minutes later after initial delivery. He didn't have to do that. Great service all around. Love the ease and convenience of Vietnammm! Thank you!

Fast response from the website, got confirmation through emails, ems, then phone call. Saved me time to order, but maybe the restautant was busy, so it tooked one hour since the order confirmed till the food came. Our apartment is just cross the street of the restaurant. I still like the order online service though, just hepefully our order could come a bit faster . That counts on the restaurant.
