The chicken was so low-quality as to be inedible. The delivery took an hour, and the sushi was stacked directly on top of the chicken, in the same bag with no divider, so the sushi was disgustingly warm and mushy by the time it arrived. In a town with so many Japanese options, Tokyo Deli isn't worth ordering from.

Just a couple minutes after I placed the order, I got the confirmation call from the restaurant, the service lady was nice and speak good English. The delivery is faster than the expected time, my hot pot is still warm enough when I had the meal. The taste is as good as it always does in the restaurant. I had great experience with ordering food from this restaurant.

I ordered a meal set with 7 pc of RAW sashimi. What came was one cooked prawn, one cooked egg omelette, one cooked imitation crab stick, one slice of cooked octopus, one slice of raw tuna and one vinegared fish. I only had the tuna and threw away the box. Thoroughly disappointed to hv ordered the food, items were not to description at all and of low quality. I won't order again. Thanks

The delivery worked well and everything was done as requested additionally in the 'comment'field. Also the food arrived at time, however I find 1h delivery time a little bit too long. Whatsover.. still good food and a decent price.

Very happy to see Tokyo deli being included as one of the delivery restaurants. I have always like the food at Tokyo Deli but one noticeable con is that the dishes get quite cold on delivery. Nevertheless, the taste didn't change much though....one of my fav jap restaurants in Saigon offering economically-priced food :)
