the driver was not very proactive. we gave specific insturctions to go to 8th floor, walk down to 7th. he called us from lobby and said "I'm here". he should have given more effort to serve the customer better

Unfortunately, the delivery man didn't know my road despite me giving clear directions over the phone. Please make sure the delivery men know where they are going before they leave St Honore.

All I wanted was a latte and a croissant. Two hours later, nothing. I finally called vietnammm and was told someone would call me back. Turns out st honore was out of chocolate croissants. How hard would have been for someone to call and tell me that right away?! In the future, I am ordering from joma. They speak english and have good fOod as well. Pity.

After 1 hour waiting I called them and discovered that they didn't have what I ordered because the menú in the website is fake, but they did nothing to tell me the problem. So could be still waiting... Awful service...they don't take care about delivery clients.
