I ordered the food and had it confirmed by vietnammm.com at 11:44pm. Then 2nd confirmation email at 12:45am and then delivered to my house at 1:29am AND the driver went to the wrong address. All i received was "sorry". When an order takes almost 2 HOURS for delivery there should be something more than sorry. No coupon, no discount, and still had to pay the delivery fee... unbelievable.

We normally order from Puku and have not been disappointed so far. However my roommate and I are vegetarians and ordered two vegetable lasagnas yesterday and received two beef lasagnas instead. The delivery was fast, but we were not able to actually eat the food.

Chicken mushroom pie looked small but was very filling. Comes with tots (square fries) and cucumber salad. Delivery was way faster than text message said.

Given the amount of detail that a user has when interacting with a restaurant on your site, I think that it might also make the delivery fee negotiable. If you could pay more for delivery faster than the standard 50 minutes, that would be fine.

They came about 40 minutes early, which was great! Except that I didn't have time to get change before the delivery arrived. No worries though, he calmly waited for me and apologized when it wasn't even his fault! Thanks for the great service.

The restaurant rejected the order and the reason provided was 'too busy', but delivered an hour later anyway. The food was cold and got charged for delivery when the website says no delivery charge. Received the confirmation text that they've received my order and will deliver the next morning. I called n got handed over to 3 people just to explain that the food I'd ordered had already been delive

Delivery was on time, but due to the paper/plate plasic/bag system, the lasagna was not looking as sexy as when they put it in the bag. The rolls are secured with a wooden cocktailstick, which I found in my mouth... maybe used colored type or with flag? The taste of the food however is good. For some mistery they returned at 23.30 with more food we ordered??... did not accept it, no problem.
