The last time I ordered I had a bad experience and wrote a review about it. The owner wrote me to apologize and offered the two dishes that had problems as complimentary on the next order. I ordered again last night and the offer was honored. The delivery, service, and food were very good and even special requests I had stated the previous time were fulfilled. I've ordered from here dozens of times but I was very frustrated this time. I specifically requested that there be no bell peppers/capsicum in my dishes. Yet both my sandwich and pasta contained tons of them and I spent 20mn picking them all out. On top of that no parmesan for the pasta and none of my special requirements were fulfilled. Very disappointed!

I order from Oreganos a lot and they have their positives. Fast delivery, very reasonably priced food etc. However I click every time on the pay with 500k option and without fail the driver never has change for a 500k. When I brought this up with the driver this time, He said I should call oregano's to tell them. That kinda defeats the online ordering I reminded him! Geez

First time ordering from Oregano Deli: delivery was on time and well done (properly packed--utensils, napkins, straws...), receipt, proper change... Food was fairly good and fresh, however one disappointing aspect was both my drinks (fresh orange juice and fresh smoothies) were way too watered down.
