This is the 3rd time I have ordered at this restaurant.The first time the delivery guy tried to charge me 20,000VND for delivery even though there should have been no delivery charge. Last night my order was confirmed at 7.08pm scheduled to arrive before 8pm. The food never arrived.

It was all wrong order and after a call and after manager understand the situation nobody do something, then they just shut down their cellphones. Awful service.

Ordered at 10.00pm and the food never arrived. At 11.00pm i called up but Vietnammm was closed and NCook was about as unhelpful as it was possible for them to be.

ordering a large french fry to get a less than a small fry tells me that my order was of a "last of results"-they not want to cook to order-just sent me what was not delivered earlier-what they had on hand-and cold food! Delivery not good-service I had to wait over an hour-unless u need vodka at night-this place will drive you"nuts" Food not the best in HCMC!

The bread with garlic butter was apparently not in stock, and after a call from Vietnammm, we decided to take if off. When the food came , our order of french fries was very small (about ten fries), and instead of a Greek salad, we received a small bland salad with shrimp. We do not eat shrimp, and we threw it out. Overall, we had a very bad experience with NCook.

Ordered macaroni beef and recieved rice w beef-less than a week before the order sent was completely opposite of what my order from another restaurant-this web site is not booking new restaurant owners who understands English nor their chef,managers,cooks. I think this site has TOO MANY sites to manage-I called restaurant-no one can speak English--like the last site-
