Delivery was late because my doorbell wasn't working, wished they'd call immediately instead of waiting the extra 30 minutes. Coconut curry veggie curry, chicken masal and veggie tikka were all delicious and tasty. Next will specify "spicy" to make more spicy!

Food was no show, had to call them 3 times, even then they were providing excuses and not apologizing sincerely. Food turns up after an hour of the given time which I had already cancelled. I gave taste poor coz I didn't get to eat it.

Lightning fast delivery. The food was all delivered 30-40 minutes after ordering. The palak paneer was a bit bland and the aloo gobi matar was only halfway filled. Other than that the food was decent.

The delivery was almost an hour late and the food was not very hot when received. No phone call to tell us of any delay and no apology. Please sort it out as your food is excellent but your service has really deteriorated.

Regularly go to Ganesh on Hai Ba Trung and its fine. Got delivery and spent the next day doubled over with stomach cramps - they sent a different dish which must have been a mix if the dish I actually wanted and something else that they had left over. Awful

Ganesh charge 5% service on top of food and delivery. This is not normal for delivery or for this website and it isn't mentioned when you order. I had exact change for my food so it was quite annoying. If they want to charge service they should say so at the ordering stage.

The food was late. 15 minutes late I phoned Vietnammm. They said they would contact them and that the restaurant would call me. 15 mins later I try again. Still no definite response as to when it will arrive. This is 1 hour 15 minutes since ordering. I cancel food. Much longer debacle with food still arriving though I'm now in bed! Food is delicious. Suggest eating at restaurant, not ordering.

However, the people were very nice when I called them about the late delivery and they really tried to fix the problem. I ordered a meal from ganesh- the food is amazing from this restaurant- it was due to come at 8.30pm- it did not arrive at 8.45 so I rang they said in the next few minutes...I rang back at 9pm they said the next few minutes...I rang back at 9.30pm they told me that they were outside my house which they wern't- The food did not arrive so I was very disappointed
