I usually enjoy the food here, but this time the lettuce on the burger was rotten and the fries were so old and stale that I could not even eat them. Very disappointed.

Delovery charge on vietnammm.comi s 20,000 but when I got my food, delivery man asked for extra 10,000. Checked the receipt, there's an additional "creamlsicle" worth 30,000. Just confusing. Delivery man can't explain in English. Just too hungry to talk to manager. Food is excellent.

Your website mentionned 185,000 VND total and the delivery person asked for 209,000 and did not have any change, which caused problems. I had asked for beef burger with no sauce and crispy bacon. The burger was pork, not beef. Bacon was uncooked and there was sauce all over. Either they do not read the request or did not speak English. I was very disappointed.

I like the food from Fry.... I've ordered it before, the same way. PLAIN. Nothing on it (the burger) no mayo, no salad... but I got mayonnaise all over everything. I couldn't eat it, but my girlfriend enjoyed it.

We were charged a delivery fee of 20,000d by the driver even though our order confirmation showed no fee would be charged. Burgers were quite small, too. Probably won't order from Fry again.

Hopefully, the good menu prices will get more people to explore the food on their menu. This is our first time eating from here. The Teriayaki Burger is a good selection that did not leave me thinking of what the burger was missing like I've experienced in the past with a place here and there.

Problems: 1. There was no Butter Chicken BURGER it was butter chicken in a cup that you are supposed to pour over fries. 2. I had to argue with the delivery guy, who then called his boss for 3 minutes to get the refund on the "burger" 3. Free Delivery turned into 30k 4. They didn't want to take the elevator up! 5. Their "beef" tastes like canned dog food.
