Please ask Fanny to improve the packaging. It is extremely difficult to open and to close it. The lid is too small. It's very annoying to have such difficulties every time you want to eat fanny ice cream. Also fanny green tea was advertised 90.000 vnd and I paid 120.000. Why???

A lot or flavors (that we like) are only available in 3l format, not in 0.5l. It would be nice to see more flavors available in 0.5l format, or even 1l. 3L is too large if you want to get several flavors

There was no Packaging to keep our ice cream cold, so by the time it reached us, it was half melted. Secondly, they delivered the wrong order to us. We ordered and paid for 2 125ml ice cream and 1 500ml ice cream, but we only received 3 125ml instead. We had to call and notify them of the wrong order which they came back and made changes.

Took much longer than 25 min. to get here, which is a little ridiculous for just 4 small cups. Also, the ice cream had that frosty layer on top like it had melted some and been refrozen or been in the storage for too long. Once we made it through that, it was okay.

Everything was great, except that Fanny didn't have the flavor I ordered, so they called me and I changed my order, but then they called again to tell me that they didn't have the second flavor I ordered. It felt like they were in a rush and didn't double check properly when they called the first time. But otherwise, everything else was great.
