Ordered a burger and fish&chips. The quality and taste is not good enough for the high price. The chips were soggy and cold. Fish&chips should have been served with something else like a salad/mushy peas. The burger, I've tasted much better at other restaurants here for half the price.

Many of these restaurants need to get out of the 'quick buck' mentality that pervades Vietnamese society and attitude towards foreigners. Either slightly cheaper prices or more reasonable portion sizes and we will order more in the long run.

We ordered 5 dishes for 4 people, and the spinach salad, risotto with wild mushrooms, pasta rigatoni and salisbury steak were all great! Food was still very hot when it arrived (which is good). The chicken fajita was our least favorite dish. It was okay, but nothing special.

My garden salad was delivered fast and tasted fresh. But when I found a partial fly in it, it didn't taste as good anymore. For that kind of money, the least they could do was wash the lettuce properly.

I was disappointed that my food took over an hour to deliver, when on the menu it stated 40 minutes. My food was very cold and quite inedible. Elbow room is quite expensive compared to other restaurants and I would expect better service. I have ordered from them before and it has been fine. Disappointed this time.

Normally an excellent breakfast delivered from these guys. Unfortunately it seems the driver had managed to break the eggs and most of it was in the bottom of the delivery bag. Very disappointing. Ended up with mashed egg whites and toast!

Our delivery from the elbow room was really nice, but our first experience with you was not good. We ordered yesterday morning from boom boom burger, you confirmed by mail, then you confirmed by phone and then you cancelled saying the restaurant had no electricity.... what a bad excuse!! But ereyone disserve a second chance so we ll keep using your service!

Mostly foreignrs eat hot dogs. Foreigners usually have ketchup with french fries. Vietnamese have chili sauce on almost everything. Tell them to get a grip and send ketchup with french fries, I got chili sauce for my fries. At least send a choice of ketchup or chili sauce!

Everytime we order the delivery person goes to the wrong address. We've even put it in the comments box when ordering that there is a BIS in our address, but the delivery person goes to the address without the BIS. It might be easier to all the restaurant directly Then the restaurant forgot to bring part of our order. If I wanted this level of service I would still on a stool on the sidewalk.
