I ordered the grilled chicken quasadillas. My food was very tasty, but it was also very messy. By the time I received my food, sauce had spilled in the package and the quasadilla was quite soggy. However, it still tasted very good. I wll order from this restaurant again.

I've ordered from El Gato Negro many times before, and the food was excellent. For some reason, this last delivery the food was awful. The entire dish was extremely salty, and the rice was very dry. If this was my first time ordering from them, I wouldn't order again. Hopefully the next time their quality will be back to normal.

I asked for the delivery to delivered after a specific time (10:00PM) because I work until then. But the delivery arrived 20 minutes early. Luckily, my flat mate was home and was able to pay. However, had he not been there, no one would've been there to receive the delivery. Also, the burrito was not made with the same care and quality as usual.

Delivery was very fast, and the driver had accurate change for me. I will order from here again! Only complaint is that the salsa is not what you can find in the U.S.- they could improve by adding cilantro, more chili pepper, etc.

The nachos were served in two containers; cold nacho chips in one, and a queso dip mixture of beans, meat, guacamole, cheese sauce, salsa. Lastly, I ordered the stewed shredded beef burrito with black beans. Got ground beef with kidney beans. Bad.

The El Capitan burrito was flavorable, but the shell was soaked in grease. The "salsa" was loaded with local chili sauce and I couldn't eat it. I also got about 1 tsb of guac and cheese? in the same tiny container. Disappointed.

The food was great, but I had some problems with the delivery. I don't know whether this was by accident or not, but first the delivery guy tries to walk away without giving me my change. I call him back and get it, but when I check, I find that he still kept 10,000 without asking. I'll order from here again, but if the driver pulls this stunt again, it will be my last time.

I gave the kitchen specific instructions to not include rice in my meal. (I am allergic to rice). And when I got it, there was still rice in my meal. This was very inconvenient for me, especially after I had noted specifically not to include it.

we recently discovered that the later you order the worst the food gets. the burrito was so tardy rolled that when we removed the alu from the top and kept half of the burrito still rolled in to hold it, it felt apart. the quessadilla was a kind of puree in a plastic box - not pizza style as it should be- disappointing again

The burritos were luke warm and had almost no meat at all in them. I had the chicken and my partner had the pork and there was hardly any in either. It was mostly rice. Very little sauce. The beef in the grilled beef quesadilla was about 50% gristle and inedible. Although the flavour was good. The sour cream was warm and smelled off like rotten cheese. All in all a fairly poor

I ordered the large ground beef burrito. I was surprised by it's size, it was huge! The first few bites were outstanding, but it soon turned into a rice burrito with little to no beef. If they switched the rice/beer portions, they would have a winner on their hands. I will give them another try and request less rice and more beef. I hope it works, the beef was really tasty.

After ordering online and showing a 45 min expected delivery time - I had a message saying it would take 1h15 instead. I called El Gato Negro and they agreed to having the food with us in 50 mins which was okay. Very surprised and delighted when the food arrived within 25 minutes, piping hot and delicious! WELL DONE!

The last time the juice was undrinkable because it was overbearingly sweet, this time I asked for LESS sugar and got also a juice that was undrinkable because it had no sugar. Finding a balance would be great! Burritos are usually great but this one was coming apart, dripping and a complete mess. It all collapsed and I had to eat it with a fork. Have definitely had better experiences before

Website mentions 45 minutes delivery time but the follow up message was almost 90 minutes later. Please be more accurate as it is a bit misleading. Otherwise, the service is great.

I ordered the Juevos Rancheros Burrito...it was HUGE. Very good flavor. I only have 2 suggestions: 1. let the customer order the type of beans they want in the burrito, it would be nice to have the option. and 2. consider a different flour blend for the tortilla that would give it more elasticity so it will hold together better while eating. It's a minor item, but overall the taste is excellent

Burritos were absolutely fantastic. Huge, delicious. The chicken quesadillas were terrible - hard and even had large chicken bones in them. Overall, I'm going to continue as a customer.

The worst Quasadilla I have ever eaten. It was covered in oil and not much else. There was hardly any filling and it gave me terrible indigestion that night and most of the next day. It was not oven baked as advertised but most probably deep fried with extra oil thrown on top for good luck
