We were really disappointed in the food. We ordered the fried chicken strips and they were very small and very dry. It was supposed to have barbecue sauce, which was nothing more than salad dressing. The deluxe burger wasn't very good. There was a lot of bread and the meat was poor quality. The ice cream sandwich had ants in it and couldn't be eaten. The con queso was ok but comes with no chips.

I won't order at Burger Oi anymore. The delivery man was dirty, the food was amazingly fat and greasy, so much that the oil went through 2 papers, the onion rings were awful, so fried and fat. And finally you almost pay the price of a good burger in other restaurants which include a side dish.

This was the second time ordering from Burger Oi, and it was not nearly as good as the first. The food was 30 minutes late, the burgers cold and the fries and onion rings cold and totally soggy. Not very appetizing. This place is great if they can get the food to you quickly but pretty gross if the can't.

The food was decent. I do have 2 complaints. First, the bacon on my burger was soggy and I hate soggy bacon. I had to take it out. Second, the condiments in the burger threw off the burger for me. My husband that it was fine.

I ordered the chicken strips. They arrived completely raw except for the burnt batter on the outside. I had to talk to 3 different people before finally getting a refund and was given the excuse "sorry, our kitchen didn't have power today" (not joking)

It took a while for the restaurant to acknowledge the order. The delivery time was average after that. The Chili Burger was a disappointment, the onion rings were too salty and had some other seasoning that really missed the mark but the fish burger was awesome. It was tasty and substantial.
