The food was terrible. I ordered an enchilada but it was only melted cheese in gravy. there was hardly any meat and there was no peppers or jalapenos as stated in the menu. My girlfriend ordered macaroni cheese which was horrible. It was meant to have bacon and vegetables but there was nothing. Everything was terrible apart from the drink.

Could tone down the grease a little bit. Also when you order, it tells you that delivery will take over an hour. It didn't which was a relief but I think the estimate is pretty off. Got the toasted cheese with a soup. The soup was quite salty and thick, I'd usually prefer a sweet tangy taste to tomato soup. The toasted cheese was ok but the bread was greased through. The potato salad was nice.

Delivery was a little long. The burger was not cooked and slightly raw in the middle. I have had this burger before and it was excellent. This time was a huge disappointment. Most likely will not order again. No one is perfect but this was a big miss and makes me wonder about quality of food.

And it makes a big difference when you ask for something EXTRA on the side of something, and some genius then interpret it as meaning NOTHING at all stripping the meal completely from it. And its happening over and over again.

Food was fine. Driver did not have proper change even though I indicated on my order I'd be paying with 300,000 on a 230,000 bill. He wouldn't have had proper change for any amount though -- supposedly he only had a 50,000. He would have received a tip in any event, however the 'forced' nature of this kind of tipping is extremely annoying.

Second, I typically love the Chipotle chicken sandwich, but this time, the flavor was so hot and spicy, I couldn't eat it. Good food as always. They forgot an item for the first time but delivered a portion of french fries an hour later to try and make up for it. Will be using them again, but please don't make a habit of forgetting items.

You should provide the customer with a reliable time estimate after placing the order. It is not very useful to place a food order when you don't know whether you will receive the food in 30 minutes or 2 hours. For this particular order, the food came 90 minutes after I placed the order, by which time I already had to leave my house.

The delivery came exactly on time. The food was very tasty. I was disappointed that the three sauces (sour cream, cheese, salsa) were all in one pot and mixed together! The three sauces should have come in three seperate containers. The food was cold!! I found several bones in my chicken. The beans were dry and tasteless.

Also, the website no longer allows you to pick what type of bagel you would like, which is a bit of a hassle because now you have to call to specify. My friends and I would order from Black Cat more often if they had a wider variety of bagels and cream cheese flavors to choose from each day.

Their delivery is one of the fastest I have experienced in HCMC and their food is fantastic. I have had their cheeseburger, lentil soup, and Caesar wrap and all have been great. I ordered the chicken melt panini which on the website says wood grilled lime chicken. I expected the chicken just like in the burrito (because it had the same name) but the chicken had no flavoring at all. Also it had lettuce and tomato and mayo which is not listed as ingredients and I cannot eat Mayo so I had to give it to my husband. :(

The delivery driver expected me to tip him 10000 VND on an order under 100000 and they already attach a 10000VND delivery charge which I assume they give to the driver. It seems like every time I order from Vietnammmm, the delivery takes forever. As it is, the standard 45 minute wait is too long. More often, it is almost 1 hour. Last night when I called BlackCat, all I got was a "Oh sorry we're busy, we had issues, we're on our way," typical answers. There was no compassion or understanding that this was unacceptable. The delivery guy was fine though.

I've notice over the past few years the quality of food has definitely declined. I used to get burgers here all the time and became increasingly disappointed as time went on. Now I rarely order Black Cat. I got a booberry salad this time and the lettuce was all the crappy bits from an iceberg lettuce. I was very disappointed. My husband enjoyed his burger but agrees it's not as good as before.

The pulled pork sandwich was excellent although the burger we ordered came on bread so it was more like a sandwich than a burger. I had the uptopia sandwich it was not very good at all. The eggplant was so oily and looked like squished octopus. There were no sundried tomotoes and overall it was bland. I will order from blackcat again but I definitely wont be order the uptopia panini again

After waiting almost an hour for my delivery, when I did receive it my French fries were cold and the pattie in the hamburger was rare. It states on the website that the patties are dome medium rare, but this was rare and there is no place to ask to have the pattie well done or medium.

It took 1 hour 35 mins. They blamed 'traffic' but we had driven through district 1 into district 2 and traffic was light. The nachos were horrible- very soggy. They should serve them separately from the toppings, you cannot simply send every dish as it is in the restaurant.

Their quesadilla was really good, very tasty. Chicken burger was nice too. Quesadilla would have been better if sour cream was served on the side and the guacamole was packed separate from the actual quesadilla. Made the whole thing soggy. But overall it was a good choice. The burgers are definitely the key here, very nice good quality burgers. I personally don't mind the pizzas either, the godfather is one crazily salty pizza satisfying my anchovy needs. Oh, and the popcorn prawns - oh yeah.

Disappointed usually blackcat is excellent. But it seems yesterday they just did not care what they were serving...food was cold and lazily prepared and far from fresh...Will eat again...just hope this was a one time thing.

Ordered veggie burrito. I usually order these from elsewhere but a friend recommended Black Cat. I will now be going back to the original restaurant. Food was luke warm and the wrap was the texture of boot leather - very very very dry. I live in D1 so no reason why it could not arrive hot and in an edible condition. Very disappointing.

We have ordered from Black Cat several times successfully, but this time we ordered the Mexican salad and the lentil soup. Unfortunately they put the salad container directly on top of the hot soup container, so when the salad got to us it was wilted, soggy and warm. The soup was a bit slimy as if it had too much cornstarch in it. Delivery came 25 min early and I was in the shower!

Chinese American food came in little cardboard boxes with plastic carrying handles. Great for saving leftovers and less dangerous (I cut my finger once) than the regular cheaply-made plastic containers.

Come 8.30 I still had no food, I rang & a man apologised & said he'd make it. Food eventually arrived about 9pm, however, it'd clearly been made hastily, the sauce was so runny, it was more like oily spinach soup than lasagne :(

The biggest problem was that dlivery took 30 minutes longer than estimated -- delivery took 90 mins instead of the estimated 60 mins. When the food arrived, the potato salad for the burger was missing as was the sauce requested in the comments.

This is the last time I order in the black cat. I'm very dissapointed with this place.I always say let's give them one more chance, but lately there is no way. Several times I have ordered the chicken melt sandwich and yesterday...the bread was a common toasted french baguette and the french "cold" fries had like...2 days cooked?.... I'm so sorry for this place. Thanks.

I received confirmation from Vietnammm.com at 8:30 and it was supposed to be delivered at 9:30. However, at 10pm Black Cat called me and asked me if I still wanted my food. I was outraged. I was starving and my food was delivered an hour after it was supposed to arrive. Terrible service. They didn't even offer me a discount or anything to keep my service. I'll never order from them again.

I ordered the sourdough avocado bacon burger. The bread was definitely not sourdough. More like toasted milk bread which fell apart easily. The hamburger patty was also very tough and overcooked. I didn't see any option for ordering a specific temperature, perhaps because the meat is frozen and requires to be cooked to well done to be safe.

Second time was less of both, and the last time was with just one little piece of chicken, composed largely of skin. There were 5 sweet potato fries. What happened?! Vietnammm as a service is arguably the best thing to happen to Ho Chi Minh City restaurants. Black Cat is known for their great food and I expected nothing less than what I received. I will be buying from Black Cat and using Vietnammm quite often.

This was my second experience wit your site. I really like your site and the process, however my food was delivered 90 min after my order. Imagi waiting for ur food for that long. The buritto was awful and un eatable, however the taco was good. I will continue to use ur site however service should be better specially when customer pays for a delivery charge. Then they phoned to say the driver could not find the place. I walked out into the courtyard near my house to find the driver sitting on his bike smoking a cigarette. He had made no attempt to ask locals where the house..

We love Black Cat's food and order from them a lot. However, last night it took them 1.5 hours to deliver our pizzas. Even though we live in Phu My Hung, it shouldn't take that long to get our food to us. Faster delivery times (within an hour) would be good.

Having had a disappointing experience with Black Cat on my previous order I was pleased that the management contacted me to find out what happened. I was convinced that his was a momentary hic-up and so decided to give them a second chance, and am very glad I did! The food was excellent, especially the Blue Cheese burger and the Lamb Pitta. Will definitely order again!

Tomato polenta soup tasted OK, but was PAINFULLY salty and had way too much black pepper. Maybe because this was towards the end of the day? However, the bread it came with was great to dip in the soup. The side salad with caesar dressing was less than mediocre. Redeeming part of the meal was the Mexican flan, which was pretty good. The delivery came quite a bit faster than I expected.

Me and my wife were really hungry and looking for a late night snack, the hotel could not help us (?) so I got online seeking for different options and found Vietnammm. Registation was simple, I normally avoid sites were registration is needed or made slow/complicated. This was simple, fast and easy! Delivery on time and Black cat burger tasted great! Keep it up!

The order came in about 40 minutes! Pretty quick! I had weekly dose of big cheese, tomato and polenta soup, and salmon and bagel. The salmon was oddly white instead of pink. I contacted the restaurant and the chef mentioned that it was his own cured White Salmon. Every bite was amazing.

I was really hungover when I ordered Black Cat last night. I must say, the chicken tacos were fantastic. I could smell the fresh corn tortillas as soon as I opened the box. For dessert I had the Boston Clam Chowder. After eating Black Cat, I felt much better and was able to get a good nights sleep.

I ordered the Chimichanga which I have come to really like because of the crispiness...but this time it came in a soup of sauce (fully immersed) which made the tortilla soggy and unappealing. I ended up just eating the inside pieces of steak. Please tell your staff that the chimichanga is a fried burrito, not a soup dish. Thanks.

ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS MY TEARS DRIPPING ON THE BUN CAUSING SMALL SOGGY SPOTS. Never the less, tears of joy add a nice subtle flavor- THE TASTE OF SATISFACTION.

I ordered two Black Cat fruit salads and was truly disappointed with the size and taste of the fruit. As a regular Black Cat customer, I've come to expect more from the restaurant and was sad to see that 130.000 worth of fruit only got me 4 watermelon slices, some brown apple slices, some odd tasting pears and a small slice of mango. Also the driver didn't have change = 160.000 for sad fruit :(

Usually I've been satisfied with the service, but today I wasn't. I ordered the "Cat" burger with fries, but both were cold when they arrived and the fries were stiff and old. Obviously not fresh. Turkey sandwich was smothered in mayonnaise to the point that it fell apart. The Mexican melt sandwich was delicious until the last mouthful when I felt something chewy in my mouth. Turned out to be a large artery or other such vessel - about 5cm long. Not a great experience unfortunately.

I called the manager and informed her that her chef/cook/kitchen staff need to be less careless and clueless when it comes to food safety. Though the other items we ordered were ok, everyone in the family lost their appetite, and we ended up throwing away 600,000VND worth of food. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Hamburger I ordered arrived very fast BUT was slightly undercooked. I did get the ketchup I had asked for, so that's good, means customers' notes are actually being read by the restaurant. The delivery person made no attempt to give me change, assumed it was a tip and left. I had meant the change to be a tip but it is at least good to be recognized for the tip. Oh well, we are in Vietnam! ;-)

The mexican melt was good, but the burger was covered in too much mustard to be flavorful. Also the burger itself was raw in the middle, not medium rare or even rare but completely red and raw. We through the raw, mustard covered burger away.

Black Cat is unique in that it has a HUGE menu and everything is pretty good(at least what I have tried). However, I ordered the fish and chips and was a bit disappointed. The fish did taste quite good, it had a nice crispy breading but it was literally 3 "fingers" akin to fish sticks and the "chips" were potato chips (American style)

Another great experience. This time, the delivery person was a nice young man. Last time, Black Cat delivery guy had very long and disgustingly filthy fingernails which had almost spoiled my appetite.

The food was excellent (Garfield and Boobery salad), salad greens were fresh. Only thing to improve upon IMHO is the salad dressing, it could use a little sweetness (maybe some agave syrup or blueberry jam) there was too much vinegar or balsamic for my taste.

Our meal yesterday was great! Thanks to Jeff, and all the staff at Black Cat for restoring our faith and feeding us a very satisfying dinner! The meal came early, was fresh and delicious. The delivery man was kind and polite, and we are really happy to have ordered with Black Cat, and we will definitely be doing that many times again in the future

I am extremely unhappy with this service. The food took 1 hour and 40 minutes to be delivered, and by that time it was inedible. We had to throw it out and did not eat dinner - it cost 485,000vnd, around $25!! The restaurant did not call us to check why the delivery had not been complete. The delivery guy called but could not speak English so it was useless. We will not order from Black Cat again

I was not offered any change! The delivery driver ASSUMED he could keep this. Upon asking for the change, I was given 10,000 out of 15,000. Normally, I would offer that 15,000 as a tip, but not when he assumes it as a right. Disappointed in the service!
