Al frescos did not deliver at 7pm and so when I called them at 7.30pm they claim vietnammm did not contact them even though you gave me a confirmation code. They then rushed our order in. So not happy with this experience, although this is the first time it has happened and most experiences have been good.

The delivery was 20 minutes early and was missing two items. I phoned toa sk them to deliver the items, they reapppeared with one. I had to phone back and finally got the salad 45 minutes late. I have eaten food from there lots of times and the food was definitely of much poorer quality than usual and quite cold.

It took over an hour for delivery and one dish had been dropped and spilled by driver. He bought bak another one but that took another 20-30 mins. This was our 1st order with you hopefully it was just unlucky and if we try again it will be ok. Thanks for the query. debbie

My only comment is still that the containers leak the sauce and make a big mess. Is there any way to seal the containers for delivery? Otherwise all was fantastic!!! Will continue to use the service regularly.

I have repeatedly asked for no chillies or spices on the pizza's so my toddlers can eat them, once again I received pizza with hot red chillies on them. They advertise bell pepper on the pizza... but they are NOT bell peppers... they are chillies!!! Surely they should know the difference?
