when your sandwiches are priced 200.000+ and up, at least have the decency to use quality bread. what does NYSH use? banh mi. on top of that, the fillings were awful. what a waste of money and a meal. even subway & BMV has better sandwiches-- let's not even talk about el gaucho.

Excellent service, delivery on time and the steaks were great and came with diffternt sauce and spices for the cooking.

Perennial delivery problem in HCMC - delivery person did not have change, even though we specified what denominations we would use to pay.... Definitely not good enough for a restaurant charging these prices. Burgers were excellent except for: - 1 burger had two bits of bone in the patty. It was reassuring that the mince must be made on the premises', but, again, unacceptable given the price.

Great steak sandwich, but: 1) the menu clearly stated that each sandwich came with fries: no fries were given; and 2) the delivery guy asked for an additional 40,000 VND that wasn't reflected in the receipt he showed me (receipt was 300k, he asked for 340k). I am not sure but I think that he was right, but you might consider putting in all fees so not as to confuse the consumer.
