Order took almost 2 hours! had to call vietnammm when it was 20mins past specified time and was told they would be 10mins more. It was over 30mins. delivery person advised she didn't know where she was going & got lost. This should be sorted out before leaving the shop! Cupcakes had rubbed together ruining the icing. It was for my daughters birthday so was very disappointed with the appearance.

We did not receive the correct order 1 of the 3 cupcakes ordered was completely different flavor. Blueberry is not similar to the very vanilla we ordered. This has happened twice now ordering with cakewalk.

It took almost 1 hour to bring 2 cupcakes. The restaurant I ordered real food to made it in 30min! The cupcakes are beautiful and nicely displayed in their lovely boxes but the topping is too fat and heavy. The cake is good. And the prices are high; the same as in a restaurant (actually more expensive as you have to add the delivery fees).
