Order was messed up: I purchased 2 orders of beef tacos and 2 orders of mushroom tacos, but only received 1 order of each. I ordered nachos with Guacamole sauce, but received salsa instead. Quesadillas are small and not worth it. 65 min delivery is slow

This order was placed on a Sunday. Delivery times are generally a little longer on a Sunday due to the large number of orders.

Delivery was insanely long. The delivery person dropped my order as they arrived to the building and crushed the drinks causing them to spill out onto the other items. When I finally bit into the taco, I had to pull a giant black hair out of my mouth.

I was absolutely disgusted by the food and service! Food arrived late and there were items missing. Tacos were soggy and the nachos were just stale chips with bits chicken and corn. After spending 350 000VND that was the last time I ever order from them!

Quesadilla was small, soggy & sticky. Difficult to share. Not much filling.
Beef taco was supposed to be large size but was medium for average standard.
Cheese stick was tiny (price is per piece). Rip off!

I ordered large and normal Tacos to check which is the better deal, but there was no difference there at all. entirely a matter of taste.
Selected super spicy. Definitley was not super spicy, but okay.
